I came in on Monday this week, and may I say that my waitress, Laura, was fantastic! She suggested I try the shrimp scampy, which was delicious. She offered so many refills on my tea, that I finally had to turn her offer down or I would float away. I will return, asked for her and hope I get Laura.

Very bad experience with a waiter came to ask me , front my whole family what I was doing at the table that was supposedly closed. ( Obviously the receptionist was the one who put us at that table.)

We haven't been to this Olive Garden location in years, and went last night. It's been renovated since we were last there and looked nice with a bar area, dining, and waiting. Went on the list but were seated super fast. Food was excellent from the salad to our entrees. The $6 takeout deal is great, although we didn't take advantage of it because we had other plans. Everything tasted great and fresh. Great service.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly with kid meal options.
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps. Dining room can be pretty far from the front door depending on where you are seated (if you have someone who has a walker or difficulty walking in your party.)

I wait was SUPER LONG, because we had a large party, and they don’t take reservations. But once we got seated, is where the 5 stars come in at. A young guy by the name Rae made our wait and experience worth it! He was fast, patient, accurate, attentive all while working a party of 26! Thank you Rae, blessings!

Awful experience. Waited for over half an hour, with two hungry kids, as people were seated ahead of us. Over and over. When we asked the front hostess, she rudely told us "they went online for reservations". Ok, so we waited longer, and kept seeing people come in that did not in fact have online reservations. I finally quietly asked a lady just called, if she had made online reservations, and she said no. Having had enough we left immediately and came to Crispina. It was lovely. Really wanted to eat here with the kids tonight, it was a bummer.
