I recently came here for a meal , and wow! Can I just say that? Because this place is phenomenal!! The food was great, the wait time non-existent. I had the 5 cheese zeti and wow it was yum! The chicken gnocchi soup was to die for!! My server Mari was great, he kept checking to make sure we’re okay, he brought us bread consistently and had a great smile! He is amazing!! Will definitely be coming back again for his service. If I wasn’t a first year college student he’d be getting $100 in tips, thank you Olive Garden Kennesaw!

I had a craving for their soup, salad, and breadsticks. The soup hit the spot, the breadsticks were hot, and the salad had the right amount of zing. I was able to get seated quickly, but it took awhile for my server to come. Once I ordered there was a delay waiting for hot breadsticks. Overall, I enjoyed my dinner.

It's olive garden. It's good. Beats crispina ristorante to death with a shovel on quality.

It is okay. Haven't been in Olive Graden in a while and probably wouldn't go again. Food is mediocre. Had to salt everything. Just very very average or below. I expected more from restaurant and just got OK. Service was good.

Very nice - as always love the salad and the Fettuccine Alfredo and the bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar - no wait for a seat - always order the $6 take home entree also

Went for the never ending pasta bowls and it never should have started! Good is low quality and low taste. Obviously precooked at a bother location and warmed up in a microwave onsite. Absolutely trash. Salad was the only thing edible.

I visited olive garden kenessaw yesterday and was disappointed with the experience. The service was not up to the usual standard, the bread was cold, and the soup was hardly lukewarm. I asked two or three times for hot bread, but each time it was brought out cold with no improvement. The service didn’t change despite my requests, which made the visit frustrating. The experience has made me hesitant to return, and I wanted to share this feedback.

Main reason for this... The napkins our silverware was rolled in is absolutely DISGUSTING. Stains throughout. Smells. This is what our eating utensils are touching? GROSS!!!
Second main reason for this... The culture of telling customers No.
We order unlimited doing sauces, appetizers and when my adult daughter builds her own pasta... She's told NO when asking for Alfredo sauce. Funny, i have unlimited Alfredo on the table already! But wait, if it's a matter of cost... We can order already pasta to go for only $6 ! That's way cheaper than what we've asked for...
Maybe Darden is trying cut corners.
Giving out too much bread are we?
Too many unlimited salads?
Poor Olive Garden - - you cannot afford to place a ladel of Alfredo upon our food.
---- i am sorry to experience this.
By writing this, i hope Corp will consider changing this inane way of telling guests NO. Horrible way of trying to promote business.
--- Our server was Liz. She was good at her job. ( Said No when she was supposed to LOL) But really she was excellent.
--- manager did walk through and get all the tables.
Restaurant was clean and busy.

I'm so disappointed in the service at Olive Garden in Kennesaw. It was my daughter 18th birthday and she wanted to come here. The bread sticks were hard and dry. The third time bringing them they were right. It wasn't crowded and food took forever and it was cold. It was remade but still not satisfied it was frustrated and saying he had to many tables. I then spoke to a manager and she apologized. Dinner was almost over and the waiter asked if my daughter still wanted Happy Birthday sang to her. I was like it's still her birthday so of course. I then spoke to manager again. He then came back and said no one wanted to sing to her. He sang alone and a couple guests chimed in. I then told the manager again about the horrible experience. She gave us free dessert and comped some of the food. It was crazy we were there for 3 hours. I'll never go back to that Olive Garden again. Train your employees on customer service and do better.
