Been to O.G. many, many times before. Thursday 8/7/25 I went with my new colleagues for a Team-building luncheon. There were only 8 of us and not many people in the building at all. The waitress never refilled our drinks (I had to ask for more water), our food took almost 45 minutes to get to our table and was barely warm, and there was either no sauce or the sauce has coagulated in the plate. The worst meal I've ever had at O.G. anywhere ever. Thankfully the manager was understanding when he saw that we didn't eat our food and comped our meals so I do appreciate that very much. Hence the 3 stars on service instead of 1. May have just been an off day and it certainly happens to us all. But I do appreciate managements handling of the situation.

I have a sensitivity to shrimp. The manager came to my table and assured me that my order would be prepared in a non shrimp area. He even delivered it himself.

Our server Lindsey was amazing and food was delicious , only issue was 2 workers in our area cleaning and constantly complaining to each other about their job. Our server asked them to hush about it because we were in the section trying to eat as soon as she walked away they continued, and when a manager walked over as well they stopped. It’s disrespectful and unprofessional to us as customers. They didn't even care.

I came in on Monday this week, and may I say that my waitress, Laura, was fantastic! She suggested I try the shrimp scampy, which was delicious. She offered so many refills on my tea, that I finally had to turn her offer down or I would float away. I will return, asked for her and hope I get Laura.
