Weekday lunch at 2:00pm. , not busy at all. The Manager and Hostess were struggling with keeping up with whom they had sat and who was on the list (there were only 3 parties total during our 10 min wait). But we were sat, no big deal. Then we ordered drinks and our meal. We had breadsticks right away, 30 min later we got the salad, and by the hour mark still hadn't received our cocktails. We went ahead and canceled the alcohol, and had to request refills of our empty non alcoholic drinks. A member of our party had Unlimited soup, and was served right away, but that resulted in them waiting, already finished with lunch, for another 20 min before our food was even received. We ordered off the lunch menu, which is very basic, and definitely didn't expect lunch menu items at a non-peak time to take an hour and a half to receive.

Somehow the service gets worse every time. I’ve had my table forgotten about which lead to 3 different servers and no refills on drinks with a wait time to order of about an hour. It’s worth the drive to just go to canton instead.
