Used to be one of our favorite joints, but is going downhill FAST. Food is coming out lower quality, and recently are having a night so bad we are considering never coming back. Kitchen is jacking things up for everyone. Long line and consistently incorrect orders coming out to us and folks around. You should probably pass this one up, sad to say.
Grabbed three box tender meals to support fundraiser night for girls lacrosse team. Been to Otter’s before and had a sandwich, which was solid. Experience today was flawless. Easy ordering, timely on the food delivery, and food tasted great. Overall well done.#NorthCobbLAXLovesOtters@otterschicken
