Online it says arrive in takeout spot with flashers on but when we call were told to come in but you got worker OUTBACK chilling instead of bringing orders back out .

Nice place, yummy food, and good service....the employees seem happy to be working there. They were having a good time chatting near the bar area. I'm not sure if they were on the clock yet or not. They weren't to loud, but definitely were having a good time with each other. It was a nice vibe to see.

Very rude Waiter…didn’t want to wait on me and my husband the only thing we can think of it’s because we are old…. After he looked at us he started cleaning tables instead of taking our orders! We will never go back there again!!! Management they didn’t do anything about it!

We just ate at Outback Kennesaw and we had the worst service EVER! Our server Storm must have been wacked out on drugs! Seriously!! It was so bad. Everybody's order was wrong, she never brought our drinks until we asked another server and then she dropped them all over the floor when she tried to bring them. The manager, Holly, tried to make it better but it was so incredibly bad I felt bad for her. The bartender wasn't much better when we got a drink while we waited for our table. They should be embarrassed. We usually love Outback but this was not a good experience. 😔😔

I’m absolutely disgusted by the way my daughter and I were treated today. We had a waitress who couldn’t care less about the service she provided and not once did she ask if we were okay. She had someone else bring our food and that gentleman was so sweet and kept apologizing to us about what was going on. I’m so frustrated with the whole situation.

This was the worst prime rib I’ve ever had. It was even tougher than shoe leather. I will never go there again.

Bri is fantastic and deserves Manager of the Year for how she handled my issue. I wish there were more managers like her. You can tell she genuinely cares. Thanks Bri! We greatly appreciate you.

I generally like Outback for a chain restaurant experience however the Alice Springs Chicken and potato were sub par when I visited. I will say I ALWAYS get the Alice Springs Chicken with a loaded potato no chives and a side salad no onions or tomatoes. When I visited this time the chicken and especially the potato tasted off. I could not eat it. The server was sweet and offered to replace it but the taste had turned me off so my hubby and I paid and left.

I have never had this experience before I am unsure but the potato may have been from the night before.

Service was below average. Waitress couldn't remember if she took our order, didn't remember to bring condiments we asked for or the to go box. We had to ask 2x for each. Then she put leftovers sloppily into the container upside down and the oils leaked thru the bag into the car.

I ordered the new $29.99 chimichurri filet and came out with something that looked nothing like what they were adverizing. The filet had to have been only 4oz and was torn apart and totally unappatizing. The Brussel sprouts were drenched in pan of oil.

My wifes salad and chicken were at the time OK but she was later sick that evening with mild food poisoning. So not a good experience.

It was $75 + tip for two people for half size appetizer, soft drinks and the underwhelming meals and poor service. Terrible value and highly doubt we will be back.

Basic Steakhouse..8oz sirloin was cooked just like I requested. Baked sweet potato was flavorful even without the cinnamon butter. The only blip wad the Brussel sprouts dish top layer was delicious underneath the soroutscwere swimming in oil! BUT the manager made it right by deducting it from our bill! Thank you Outback...I'll be back! Server was awesome!
