Panda Express

I usually love Panda Express but today I went to this location and I have received the worst HWS this is supposed to be crunchy not soggy :/ even for shrimp this is ridiculous!

I was highly dissatisfied with my service at this particular location on December 13th. I placed an order via the Panda Express app so my food would be ready at pickup. When I got there I could see my order on the pickup behind the register but nobody would help me and simply just hand my food to me. The cashier at the register or ANY other worker spoke to me while I was standing besides the register waiting on somebody to assist me. The cashier made me wait until she checked out 4-5 other customer before she would even ask me what I needed. I felt like this was bad service as I placed my order online in order to skip the line. I had a 5 year old with me and I needed fast service. I even spoke out to see if any other worker could help me while the cashier was still checking out other customers. A worker literally walked right past me. No eye contact at all and acted like I wasn’t even there. I was so frustrated I was honestly just gonna walk behind the register and grab the food myself so I could leave and get my son home!

How are you going to send me a plate with only veggies and no meat? Ordered via uber eats tonight, who refunded me $2 for a $12 plate of veggies with two meats. So I paid $10bucks for half a plate of veggies. Very disappointed.

Very bad customer service. These young people that work here just don’t care. And obviously management doesn’t care either because they’re not doing anything about it. Do they not see that the reviews are bad? Do they not understand that people have other places that they can eat at around here? Is the goal to go out of business?

They were off their game! I was just here last week and it was AMAZING!! Not sure what happened in a week. I ordered in the app, it was not ready on time, it was over ten minutes late. It would’ve been longer if I didn’t just take the substitutes that I didn’t truly want. They were out of teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken. Yes, they were slammed, however they never once yelled for the item that needed to be cooked.

Ugh…it makes me sad.

I walked out again today and this was the last time. Of the last 5 visits to this location, I walked out on 4 of them because the wait time for food is ridiculous. Lunch time, same kinds of crowds, eating the same kinds of food. But they are still almost always out of basic items. And the estimated wait times are useless. For example, today I was told 2 minutes on Super Greens. I walked out 5 or 6 minutes later, and they hadn't even started cooking them yet.

Is it normal to tell people at the speaker that they can’t change their orders because they “already made it”? Shout out to Alondra for the (not so) great service. Just got through the line and it’s safe to say I won’t be back at this location.

I stopped here for lunch today and came through the drive through. Horrible customer service and the food was cold. I’m not sure why the food wasn’t fresh and why it was cold. I took it back.

This is was nicer than the panda Express by my house. Food was great and there were a lot of options.
