The place is literally falling apart. A piece of the ceiling is misplaced, the floor is super dirty and they were out of bacon, chips, drinks, fresh fruit and a few other things. The restaurant smells bad. The staff was cordial and the food was ok, but they were out of a lot of ingredients and that made it difficult to order.

We stopped here after after a long drive for fresh food. Place was deserted. We stood at the register for 5 minutes. A girl yelled over and asked if we had a card. I said a credit card? She said yes and told us to use the self checkout kiosk. We didn't feel like working. We tried to use it and every option to pick said they were all out. We left. Terrible service. No wonder the place was empty. Never again.

I Go to this location as it is 1 block from my home. The manager needs a new job. I wanted a croissant for breakfast and the manager told me I could not get one because I did not want an egg on it. He told me I could not have a croissant sandwich without the egg even though I had ordered 4 times before. He was rude and told me he would not make the sandwich again. I wanted it toasted. I got home and the sandwich was on a different bread and it was not toasted. I have never been so surprised that this man is running a restaurant. This Panera location does not have customer service at all. DON'T GO THERE!
Chastain in Kenessaw One of the worst Panera Breads I've ever been to, there's no good morning or good afternoon, they don't pay attention to you when you're waiting to order, they leave you waiting and don't serve you, and it's a shame, the selection of employees makes all the difference of the place and this is horrible.

As a KSU student who prefers to do schoolwork away from home, this is a regular spot for me. Gets busier and tends to be a bit louder during the lunch hour, but a great place to work with a laptop. I don't typically eat full meals here, as the menu is not very attractive to me, as well as pricey, but sometimes treat myself to a pastry along with a drink. When I have had a meal, the food is average. A good study spot if that's your kind of thing, and will often see other students doing the same.

I drove to town visiting my daughter at KSU. I was starving and went to this location for a hearty meal other than the typical fast food along the expressway. The female staff were unfriendly. The food quality was just bad. My bread was hard, soup was lumpy and barely edible, my chocolate chip cookie was old and hard, and worst of all - there were fruit flies flying throughout the dining area and gnats crawling on the counters, cups, and tables. They were on our food as we were eating and extremely bothersome! All the staff seemed to be young adults and although they were cleaning, they were doing the bare minimum. Avoid this location. My visit was Friday, April 18, just after 6 pm.

Location needs a refresh like most locations, some are Gems like the Canton location. Some are old, dirty, dingy, fountain drink machine is often broken. This location as do many need new fountain drink machines. Carpet is disgusting as is their restrooms.
