I placed a “rapid pick-up” order at this location. Was notified my order was ready 9 minutes after the expected “rapid” time, went inside to pick the order up and was told I was in the wrong place and that my food was at a different location. I went to the new location only to be told my food was at the first location. Called the first location only to be told it was my fault since my name was incorrect. My name on my account is not incorrect. Asked them to cancel the order since it had already wasted 45 minutes of my time and was sitting for that long. The person said yes and then hung up on me. -99 in customer service.

I visited three times for lunch, ordering through the app, trying to give them a chance to improve. Old bread. Brown avocado in my salads both times. Brown. On all three occasions, they decided that was ok. Half full salads. We are not skimping on a salad are we? No kindness expressed inside. I will never go again.
I did enjoy going to this location until... I noticed that no one was wearing a hair net.. one man in particular had very long hair, no hair net.. I find this disturbing. I at one time worked in the food industry, and all were made to wear hair nets, ESPECIALLY those with hair below the shoulders. This just turned me off from ever going back. Thank you.

Have the soup and salad combo with the chicken salad on sourdough with Mexican corn chowder (which is a little spicy), I actually prefer the broccoli cheese soup and plan on going back to that as my favorite for my next visit. They have yummy pastries too but I only eat them when I'm not having a meal because when they taste that good, you know it's gotta be high in calories.
