Had weekday lunch about 2pm. No one at the counter & found someone to take our order. We were only customers there (very telling). Got a chicken sandwich, but they were out of lettuce, so subbed avocado with no upcharge. Sister ordered a BLT, asked for avocado to sub lettuce, and ran out of avocado, too. Ooh, for a BLT! Really wouldn't bother going back. Try Chastain if you are set on Panera.

The 1st Panera bread with bad coffee. A very nasty Chinese small woman lecturing you about everything, like she is your mother: why you want 2 cups, why you this and that. And the worst part served me a watery coffee.

Have not had Panera in over a year and will not be back.
Came through the drive through on my lunch break - ordered 1/2 sandwich 1/2 soup, coffee & muffin. The drive through guy handed me coffee and said if its not warm enough let me know, I can get you one that's hot. It was literally cold! So I said yes please. If you know its not hot but have hot coffee, why would you do that? Strange. Sandwich had stale bread. Soup was also cold. Just wow!

Check your order!! had the wrong salad and missing a sandwich. Called and they asked if I could drive all the way back and pick up. All they offered was a stale pastry as a sorry. Was even shocked they expected me to keep the soup after 30 minutes of driving around. Very poor experience

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. The place was a mess. all tables were dirty. Lemonade machine stayed empty the 45 minutes I waited to get my food, which never was made. Never restocked the napkins the whole time I was there and asked twice for them. We left and asked for a refund because after 45 minutes that's a ridiculous amount of time to wait for soup and a sandwich.

Under staffed, mismanaged, Terrible customer service and a very dirty location, bathrooms and table area. Based on the reviews I just read this has become the norm at this location.
No I never got a refund either.

99% sure the grilled cheese is just a few Kraft singles in some bread. Not even toasted. It's a joke for 10$ Go to Jason's Deli across the street. There's a reason it's busier

Our order was wrong even though we repeated it several times. Our food was at most average and we had to go up and ask for silverware as well. I used to really like Panera, this visit made me rethink that.

Really disappointed in customer service and food quality. I went around 8:45pm I understand it’s late, however I always check the food when I get it. I was not informed about the fact they had no more baguettes. They didn’t even tell me that until I asked for one. They just choose an option for me vs asking me what I would like instead. I ordered two different sandwiches and got the same sandwich twice and again I wasn’t informed or aware of it until I got home now mind you I get off of work really late. I have a little baby to take care of. Food is the only thing that I can actually enjoy after work, the current employees definitely need training and not just make decisions for the customer because according to them, they were running low on ingredients when I asked about the baguettes. ***not to mention that the quality of the food was very poor, the lemonade tasted like it had gone bad and the bread of the sandwich was stale. They didn’t even make bacon they added some bacon crumbs for salads on the sandwich?!?!?

Order: A turkey bravo sandwich with no tomatoes on multi grain and a turkey cheddar sandwich with a half cup of rustic potato soup. Cup of soup was spot on but the two sandwiches were both turkey bravos with tomato. If it costs so much, why can't it be right?

Pulled my sandwich out for it to look like this wrapped up & my other two orders were the completely wrong sandwiches. We were also the only car in the drive through and waited for over 15 minutes

I visited this location around 11:15 am on Monday December 23rd. Upon my arrival, a very sweet young man took my order with the utmost professionalism and patience. I could tell that he was a new hire because he had questions for his manager in order to complete my order. He had only been working with this company for less than 1.5 weeks. Twice, the store manager, Sassy, came over and spoke to him in the most disgusting and condescending way that I have ever witnessed a manager speak to an employee. She was berating him and yelling. This made me very uncomfortable as any true leader and manager should know that speaking this way to employees, especially in front of customers is unacceptable. Trainers/Managers are responsible for the outcome of their staff. Berating employees and telling customers how horrible of a job the employee is doing will only reflect your own inability to lead. After I witnessed this, I told Sassy that this was unacceptable. She then went to gossip with her employees about my feedback. Again, horrible leadership skills in full swing. Do better or step down and give the position to someone with a level head who’s willing to lead by example.
