Red onions and blue cheese left off of the Apple Fuji salad. Tomato slices substituted for the cherry tomatoes, which made the salad soggy and no red onions on the salad. Spoke to your manager, who was unacceptably, rude and condescending. I see why there’s no one ever at this establishment. She told me that tomatoes are tomatoes, and she never apologized during the entire conversation.. it may be a good time to go ahead and shut down this restaurant, as it’s not a good representation of Panera Bread. Looking at your Google reviews, I’m not the only customer you have lost in recent months.

I ordered the Green Goddess Avocado this morning. This is how it came out. Not only was it missing items I had added and I wasn’t told anything about them missing items until I asked for remake, it looks like they played a game of hacky sack with the damn thing. I order this item ALL the time and have never gotten one where half the ingredients were hanging halfway off the bread. When I asked for it to be remade, I was told that it would more than likely STILL look like that. BET!!! ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! THESE PEOPLE HERE DON’T CARE ANYTHING ABOUT SERVICE!!! There are other locations nearby. Go to one of those.

I showed up at 7:50 am the store was not open when it says that they are open ! There was two females standing outside at the door looking inside misleading store hours!

While I love this store the new manager who has been here recently is really ruining the vibe. I have watched her on multiple occasions pour out coffee in the evening and claim that more couldn't be made near close. This conflicts the service oriented directive of Panera. Other employees have given above and beyond service and made the coffee

The manager just have a terrible attitude. When I asked about a coupon which doesn’t seem to working on app, first she started gaslighting me I am choosing the wrong products and when I redid the order by adding the ‘right’ items to show her it’s not working, she got defensive - ‘well, not on my app, maybe they designed my app differently’. Outright denied anyone else having any problem, while the other staff told me that she had few people have the same issues since morning and then she had to do it manually, while manager kept lying. She even acted like she is doing me a favor by getting me the discount, but she is only doing it one time, next time do it via app, which I have trying to explain to her that’s it’s not working in app. Terrible attitude.

Micheal is a very rude and unprofessional manager and he wonders why he can't keep employees and he also wonders why he has so many messed up foul reviews lol.. this place is very unsafe and unsanitary.. people barley clean properly and when you order it will take them very long to call you're name.. even if you only order a simple sandwich it will take around 20 minutes for them to call you're name ... I will never go this place ever again alll they care about is who spends their money they could care less about customers and it shows by how long they take and how dirty they are

Edit: I'm going to stop going to this location. Because they just keep getting my order on. As I write this, this would be the fourth time IN A ROW that they got my order wrong. At this point it's just a habit. And if I can't trust you to make my order right, I can just go to a different Panera.

I really enjoy Panera but this location has a track record of messing up orders. 3 times in a row my order was messed up in some way.
And I will say the staff and managers are very kind, and efficient on fixing mistakes. But it's kind of frustrating going into a restaurant knowing there is a high likelihood not my food is going to be wrong.

Management is really nice and friendly. There’s not a whole lot of places to sit and work in this area, this is the best option.
