Went to the Drive-Thru at lunch time and the attendant was prompt, courteous, and efficient. The menu was vast, so many meal choices for even the people in my party who needed allergen friendly options. The portion sizes were great, the prices were reasonable, and everything was prepared exactly as ordered. I especially love the sourdough bread bowls. Highly recommend this restaurant and specifically this location. ?Dietary restrictions: Their website made it easy and convenient to find meal and item options for vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free and soy free diners

Had not been in 2 years. Store seemed empty. Still the same good service and yummy bagels even though the price of Tuesday baker's dozen went up a whopping $3!!Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance doors are too heavy for wheelchair users
Never been there before so the gentleman behind the counter made some suggestions that he like and was very professional explaining what each item consisted of. It was DELICIOUS!!!

I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt at the drive-thru but it wasn't until I got home I discovered they had given me soup and a small baguette. Mistakes happen, I called, and they immediately knew because the car behind me was supposed to get the soup. They took a note and said they would make it right. I live some distance away and don't get over there often, but did this morning and got the sandwich I had ordered previously so they made it right, I'm glad they did. That sandwich is not on the list of items I would recommend here, but I would despite the fact it's a $12 sandwich. It's all I get.

I will not be back! I usually eat here at-least twice a week. Horrible experience!!! I waited in line to order for ten min while the employee mopped a walk way ( no one was in line but me) When I ordered at 8:23 pm I was told since it is close to the closing time of 9:00 pm I could not dine inside. Then it took them 22 min to make a deli ham sandwich. So I didn’t leave the restaurant until 8:45. Needless to say I will not be back

I went in to order a sandwich, bread and pastries. There was a line at front and no one to take orders. I walked over to the pick up order counter and saw employees gathered around in conversation. I mentioned the line. Finally someone showed up who said she was in the restroom. I placed an order for my overpriced sandwich which has 4 thin slices of ham on it, but they can’t make it because they aren’t ready. The person never asked if I would like to order anything else. I left and took my business elsewhere where they were better prepared to handle business and at a better price.

Sunday A M I stopped in at the Barrett Pkwy location for a sandwich and pastries. There was a line at the register, they had been waiting for someone to take their order, I walked to pick up order area saw employees chatting .I mentioned they had a line at the front.When I started to place my order, I was informed they could not make my sandwich. which has 4 thin slices of meat on it, because they were not ready.We never did get to the pastries and bread part of my order . I went down the street and another business was happy to take my order and at a better price.

Worst experience ever.. such a disappointment in Panera Bread. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese. There was globs of mayonnaise on the bagel, ugh. I ordered without butter, mayonnaise etc. absolutely not one package of salt and pepper for the eggs. I also ordered a dozen bagels for the freezer. When asked if I would like to have them sliced I should have said no. Every bagel in the bag are either half sliced, very uneven or partially cut. Definitely will not return.
