These people just delivered me garbage. It looks like the pizza has been kicked around. There isnt any cheese on it. It looks like they ran out and sprinlled what they had. Look at the photo of the hulled out pepper. The garlic sauce paxkets looks like trash. Never again.

The customer service here is 10/10! Came in tonight (Friday around 7:30 pm) to pick up my order and they were very busy, but Kyle went above and beyond to make sure every customer was satisfied.

Every time I come here the staff are kind and helpful even when it’s really busy. I really appreciate it and the GM seems like he’s always calm and collected. He even compensated for an order that was partially my fault for not being very clear on when ordering. Thank you.

I really don't know what happened to papa John's pizza. This crust is something like a cheap frozen pizza from a school cafeteria. Just look at the photos. Does this look like what's in the commercials or what papa John's uses to be? Save your money. This is awful.

Husband and I were super hungry around 1am and almost everything was closed except for Papa John's, so we placed a delivery order. Thank goodness we did!! Food was hot and fresh, and delivery driver was super friendly.

I want to highlight I’ve had two issues with this location at different times, so I’ve tried giving them a second chance.

1st occasion: I ordered delivery and it was “delivered” via DoorDash. I say “delivered” because my driver could not speak English and couldn’t find my location, so I had to get in my car and meet the driver someplace. I called and was told I would receive a partial refund (which I’m fine with since I still got what I ordered and ate it), but after 2 weeks of not receiving it, I kept calling only to be told the general manager is out. I gave up and moved on.

Second time: delivery was fine and pizza arrived on time, but the quality has gone down big time with very thin crust (I didn’t order thin crust) and the pizza gave me major stomach issues. Not even going to bother trying to call them after what happened the first time.

Always come here and I always get the chicken parm bites. There always amazing and hot. Love it Josh and Michael are very kind managers!

Dietary restrictions: If u can’t have gluten red sauce or cheese just don’t go

Every time I come to this location they Always forget to put a topping On . EVERYTIME and No I do not want to wait additional 15 mins for a pizza I want it right the first time . This is the 3rd time I had to experience this . GET IT TOGETHER PAPA JOHNS !!!

First order we placed was delivered to wrong address. Contacted the Manager to let him know and he refunded me for the order and said he would get my original order sent out ASAP. That didn't happen. I received the wrong pizza with someone else's address so I'm sure they didn't get there pizza neither. This place has gone to Sh.t. Never ordering from this location again.
