Papa Johns Pizza

Went to pick up my pizza tonight and just stood at the register for almost 10 minutes. One tall guy went to the register right in front of me, no greeting, eye contact. Punched in a few numbers and then he walked away. Like I was invisible. I think this place has all new people. Finally a girl noticed me after 10 minutes and asked if I needed help. I just said I was picking up some pizzas. 5 people in the kitchen and no eye contact. No one seems to care here. I have spent lots of $ here for years now. I'm going to rethink coming here after tonight.

I made an online order, included a tip. Driver didn't knock, or ring the doorbell. Just left the pizza on the porch. I don't know how long it was there. Luckily I stepped out to check on something else and saw it. The pizza was scrunched on one side of the box. I'm not ordering from this Papa John's anymore. Lesson learned: don't add a tip until after you're served. I knew better than to do that. I don't know what I was thinking.

What a great experience! Everything you'd want in pizza delivery. Food arrived quickly and was hot & delicious. The only reason I did 4 stars was because when I took out the garlic dipping sauce from the box, I shook it to mix it up, and the container was not sealed. Ended up with garlic dipping sauce all over me and my kitchen. Would still use this store again.

Originally, I ordered my pizza well done and it was burnt. When I called them, they were quick to offer a replacement pizza. No problems at all. Definitely do not order well done unless you want a burnt pizza. But the replacement pizza was delicious and I appreciated the customer service.

I don't know why the reviews are so low. This store always goes above and beyond. I just got my pizza tonight and the staff was SUPER nice and REALLY helpful as always! They always greet me with a smile & always give fresh, hot, perfectly cooked pizza. We love this store! Thank yall for bring awesome -

I placed an order on their app clicked thin crust on both pizzas. When I get them one is right and one is original. Call them up and the manager was great she will remake the order so both at thin. When they arrive same freaking thing one original and one thin. The original is so chewy we prefer thin we always order THIN!!! They can look at all my past orders.
