Papa Johns Pizza

Picking up here is a huge pain because they prioritize calls over in person customers so you sometimes end up standing in line waiting to pick up your pizza while they take back to back phone calls. When there's a line it can be very frustrating.

For starters, placed a delivery order on the app. Called the store directly to get an update on delivery time because the app wasn’t updating the delivery order time. During the call, the person answering the phone said “we’re slammed and your delivery will be awhile”. I said, okay no problem, cancel the delivery, we’ll come get it and just refund the delivery charge. They said “I don’t know how to do that”….
I get to the store and a DoorDash driver is there to pickup my order at the same time I am. The door dash driver is furious that I’m taking the order from him. He proceeds to get mad at the kids working behind the counter, and I exit the store with my pizza in hand.

Door dash calls me on my way home and tells me I needed to cancel the order through door dash, I proceed to tell them that I never placed an order on door dash, I ordered on papa John’s app…. She then hangs up on me.
Get my pizza home and it’s wrong, not what I ordered. And my reciept doesn’t reflect a refund for the delivery charge.

Pizza and wings were not hot, and unfortunately both my husband and I have had stomach issues since eating here yesterday evening. Really disappointed with this experience.

Second time in a row where the correct toppings are ordered and on the sticker on the side of the box and it is made however they choose. Great delivery driver.

Everything is ok but twice now i have gotten raw not fully cooked dough pizza

Went to pick up my pizza tonight and just stood at the register for almost 10 minutes. One tall guy went to the register right in front of me, no greeting, eye contact. Punched in a few numbers and then he walked away. Like I was invisible. I think this place has all new people. Finally a girl noticed me after 10 minutes and asked if I needed help. I just said I was picking up some pizzas. 5 people in the kitchen and no eye contact. No one seems to care here. I have spent lots of $ here for years now. I'm going to rethink coming here after tonight.

The cashier who helped check me out was genuinely the nicest human I’ve ever met!

I made an online order, included a tip. Driver didn't knock, or ring the doorbell. Just left the pizza on the porch. I don't know how long it was there. Luckily I stepped out to check on something else and saw it. The pizza was scrunched on one side of the box. I'm not ordering from this Papa John's anymore. Lesson learned: don't add a tip until after you're served. I knew better than to do that. I don't know what I was thinking.

What a great experience! Everything you'd want in pizza delivery. Food arrived quickly and was hot & delicious. The only reason I did 4 stars was because when I took out the garlic dipping sauce from the box, I shook it to mix it up, and the container was not sealed. Ended up with garlic dipping sauce all over me and my kitchen. Would still use this store again.

Originally, I ordered my pizza well done and it was burnt. When I called them, they were quick to offer a replacement pizza. No problems at all. Definitely do not order well done unless you want a burnt pizza. But the replacement pizza was delicious and I appreciated the customer service.
