The food is good & flavorful, about the closest thing I’ve found here to real authentic Miami Cuban cuisine, but this is a joke for $16. The thinnest piece of meat I’ve ever seen! Literally looks like notebook paper & the Jamaicans give more rice with their attitudes. Ridiculous!

No one eats the food, it's too delicious ?. The Media Noche is a great sandwhich if you want to taste the Cuban flavors but are hesitant to make a choice.

Got delivery, so I can't speak to the service. But the food is really good! Fresh juice, flavorful empanadas, delicious plantains.

2 different to-go experiences were polar opposites.
In one order everything was excellent.
The last order was mediocre as well as the customer service.

Things to note from the last order:
-chicken mojo entree consisted of a dry chicken, lack of mojo juice, lesser grilled onions, the salad was missing the salad dressing. The congri, chicken and plantains were cold.
- the empanada appetizer was missing the papi sauce
- the track your order page, showed that the order was ready for pickup for 10 minutes until I finally received the text letting me know that order was ready for pickup. Is there a lag time between the order status on the website and the text? Is that the reason why my food was cold?
- Although there was a host and to-go staff not once were we greeted.
- with the prior customer the staff asked if there was any additional sauces that he wanted whereas with my order the bags were simply pushed to the front of the counter and wasn’t asked if I wanted any additional sauces.
-the account name had my last name initial which is why I was confused about my to-go bags, that causes the staff to be asked to provide proof that this was my order, I had to show my email order confirmation before I could take off. That lady’s attitude along with the poor quality of my order are the reasons why I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Recommendations to business:
-improve customer service
-improve food quality and consistency
-improve the technological lag between when an order is ready vs when it is presented to the customer to ensure food does not get cold
-ensure condiments are not missed

You would have made me a long time customer if it wasn’t for this last to-go experience?.

Arrived at 7:15 pm ( they close at 8) it was our first time ever visiting the restaurant. The waitress was visibly irritated to have to wait on us. She came for our drink orders, I asked for a minute to review & she told us we needed to order. I’ve never felt so rushed ever. At 7:45 I went to the restroom & stopped at the bar where my server was standing to request a take out box & 2 cups of espresso. I was told the kitchen was closed & the bartender who was standing next to her refused to make the coffees. The both of them speaking non-English to each other throughout the exchange.

Having worked as a server for 8 years myself, I never walk in right at closing but 45 min before closing should be acceptable. I type this from my car & it isn’t even now 8 pm closing time.

Definitely a 1 & done for my family. In a time when we the economy is poor, I’m very picky where I choose to spend money. This restaurant will not receive any more of these carefully allocated funds.

My usual order of crab cakes and beef empanadas! Well I received chicken not beef and they were horrible!!! Dry as sand! The crust wasn’t even like it normally is. I love Papis but my last 2 visits have turned me off completely. Kennesaw location said they would refund me tomorrow. Still haven’t received my refund! Don’t waste your time of money. They have changed and not a good change. Go somewhere else and thank me later!!!

I'm not sure what they put in their Chicken Tacos, but I find myself craving them on a weekly bases. Good atmosphere and consistent, delicious food. Their Cuban is quite good too!

First time. I love it! Sandwich was delicious and Empanada took home warm in oven next day. Definitely will go back.
