Staff seemed to be tired, although they serviced without a smile. Food was fresh and hot. I ordered 3 separate meals. Mines was the two entrée meal with firecracker chicken and honey chicken and it was plenty. There wasn't a major wow factor to the food to me. The strawberry lemonade was delicious. The cheese rangoon wasn't fresh. Would try again, although many options were out but I'd say that is to be expected on a Saturday evening.

The food was absolutely revolting. The noodles were entirely flavorless and more overcooked than I thought you could get noodles without them dissolving. Nearly inedible. We got the firecracker mongolian chicken and it was actually really good. But they also REALLY skimp on portion size. Every item, they scooped some back off the plate so they could serve only the bare minimum. I left hungry. My wife left hungry. We pretty much come to the mall for the Chinese food and I will never go to Pei Wei ever again.

glad I didn’t give this place a chance the women in the blue felt offended when I wanted to try to the food before honestly I would have hit it but her attitude when I tried to get some food was ridiculous I wouldn’t recommend anyone eating here if you enjoy good customer service this is not the place ‼️

I DONT UNDERSTAND THE BAD REVIEWS
As someone who lives in Kennesaw and frequently goes here let me tell you, the lady is super sweet and has always given me VERY GENEROUS portions. The food is also very good especially for the price. I highly recommend this place, ignore the other restaurants in this food court!!(well maybe not American deli)

Everything was awful. The chicken didn’t taste like chicken, the rice tasted old and really awful, the noodles were so bland and honestly after spending $30 on two meals it just went straight in the trash.

What a great place, I can see why they have the largest steady flow of customers compared to the other ghost-town eateries. We grabbed lunch here today because everything looked so fresh, they gave samples, and we were met with smiles! The bourbon chicken sample was sooo delicious we were sold on the spot! The string beans were delicious, Mongolian beef excellent, honey chicken amazing flavor. The food is so fresh, because the flow is steady, the flow is steady because it's good, simple enough. We'll be back.

Recently, I went here and had some “Mongolian chicken” with some fried rice. The rice wasn’t fried at all and the chicken wasn’t even chicken, because I found a bone inside the meat and it wasn’t a chicken bone. Looks more like a rat bone, because I researched on the bone. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT THERE.

Only thing edible was the chicken. The noodles and vegetables were the worst I’ve ever had, no flavor at all.

The customer service is pleasant, food comes out promptly and is DELICIOUS! I had the Pineapple Shrimp today and was impressed at the size of the shrimps and how crunchy they came out. I’ve been here 3 times now and have never been disappointed. Definitely recommend! I was served more than shown I just forgot to take a picture beforehand.

Vegetarian options: Decent veggie options, the veggie rice noodles were sweet and savory.

Kid-friendliness: Mostly quiet and chill environment, kids have open space to move a little.

Absolute garbage. Small portions, cold, flavorless. Chicken had bits of bone and a lot of gristle. Even the crab ragoons were awful with what tasted like spoiled cream cheese. In the trash. Never again!
