So many flavors to choose from and all of which are very yummy! 10/10 from my kids and me.

Hello my name's my name is kenisha that we we are sitting outside and we've been waiting for so long because they hired a new employee. And she does. She's taking so long to open up, and then she is having an attitude tooth. When I go up to her, she says, "Wait 15 minutes." When what when we left? It was 20 minutes when we came back 20 minutes. When we can't, when we when we finally go back to the window, it's 15 minutes. That's all I have to say for myself.

Amazing! The kids love all the different flavor options! We are repeat clients. The only negative are the bees. They are terrible, you cannot even sit down and enjoy it and that’s hard when you have little ones who would make a mess in the car.

You cannot go wrong with a pelicans snoball! These thangs are delicious. I don't know how they get the flavor so good. No matter what flavors you get, it is very much on point to what the flavor is supposed to be. If you've never had a pelican snoball go try one now...you won't regret it!

Great treat! I only rate 2 stars because it took over 13 minutes for two regular snowcone. And there was no one else there. Don't know if I will be back.

Hate to do it as I normally try so hard to leave only positive reviews unless very annoyed: drove 25-30 mins just to get one for my girlfriend cause I’m a decent boyfriend and all. Got there at 8:25 and the girl was just sitting inside on her phone acting like she didn’t see us at the window. We looked at the menu for a couple mins then I stood in front of the window for 5 mins at least while she ate her snow cone and played on her phone with headphones in acting like she wasn’t at work.Then without saying anything turns off the lights and literally almost runs full speed outside and jumps in her car and takes off. Did it so fast and randomly I thought something was wrong. Left us confused.All in all out right rude and wasted my time and gas. Wouldn’t have said anything at all had she just simply said sorry closing or closing early for that matter. Anyways hate to be that guy but tonight here I am ?

Real New Orleans snowballs. They even have the green spearmint flavor I loved as a child on the north shore of Lake Ponchatrain.

Love this place but need to get a control on the bee's. People that is allergic to bee's be aware. It was so many bee's at the ordering window. I asked if they could meet me at the door. The young lady was really nice and understood. Other than the bee's a great place to cool off!
My kids love the snowballs at Pelican. They have so many different flavors and the staff is always so nice. The only issue I have had is the wait. In the summer, I usually have to wait around 30 minutes. I don’t mind waiting but it can be hot in the sun.

I've been to multiple locations and this location uses way less flavoring than all the others! It's also the slowest location we've ever been too when no one else was in the lot we waited a while for things to be made! The lady was doing something else in the back and we felt like we were interrupting something.

Delicious snow one flavors! They have plenty of options and amazing portions! My favorite aspect of this place is they don’t drown the snow cone in syrup so the ice is still in tact!

Staff/Service:The wait was awful, heavily understaffed, only one person working there on the highest traffic day of the summer. The one person who showed up was nice, however.Food Quality:Sno-ball turned to mush half-way through. Some parts were crunchy and others were complete liquid. Way too expensive to justify this level of quality. Could not even taste the flavor I ordered, just saw the color.Location/Amenities:No cooled/indoor seating or fans, and the waiting area is directly in the sun. The parking situation is awful, there are only about 6 spots on a hill with uneven lines. Would not recommend!Response:While I agree that Wednesdays will not usually be your busiest days, it was very hot and the last day of school in that county.
