Pisano's Pizzeria & Italian Kitchen

This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Georgia. The chicken Parm was amazing.

It's the second time that we come, there are empty tables, but the wait is 30 minutes. They say the kitchen is behind and there is no waitress. The place is super nice and we like, but it needs more organization especially to receive customers over the weekend

Four us went for dinner only three of us were served together. I was told my food would be ready in 10 minutes. I told them to keep it. When we received the check my dinner was on the receipt. The manager did correct it, however it left a bad impression on us.

12/10 would recommend! The BEST Caesar salad I’ve ever had in my entire life! I’m not a fan of thin crust but this crust was PERFECT! And our waitress was fantastic. Definitely recommend trying this place!

As an Uber driver, I had a really frustrating experience. I arrived and was told to wait 15-20 minutes for wings, which I was fine with so I sat down at an empty table in front of the cashier who was working on the order. Moments later my order was handed to another customer right in front of me even though I had the customers order on my phone. When I pointed it out, the staff was rude and unbothered, saying it was now an Uber problem. The manager didn’t offer any apology or compensation, just acted dismissively and acted like it was my fault. I expect better customer service, especially when I’m working to provide a service to their business. Delivered many times from this place, this is unacceptable.

Best Italian in the state of Georgia they even gave us a free appetizer because we were celebrating our anniversary. Highly recommended our favorite Italian restaurant.❤️.

Ordered a stromboli here through Uber Eats and the dough was literally raw. This is a health and safety issue. Very disappointed.

*Although to be fair, I have ordered a pizza from them once before which was delicious. But this is unfortunately not acceptable.

Ava was absolutely amazing Really enjoyed her customer service. She was dressed appropriate and looked very nice for the evening. Had great manners, an amazing southern charm will be back just to see her. The back of staff in kitchen area looked tightly covered in good communication between the staff was a great experience overall.Once again, thank you to ava.For making my experience 😀

Don't bother with the Chicken Parm if you know what a good Chicken Parm is. The chicken just wasn't fresh or crispy. They all claim to be an Italian restaurant.

They are always too busy and food orders take too long.

Inside is way too loud given the acoustics.

Curious what the score is from the Dept. of Health given what appears to be a kitchen.

Our family (my daughter, wife and I) visited for dinner Sunday evening, September 7th, 2025.

At 6:30 pm we called to book a table, but were told that booking is only for a minimum of 8 persons.

We reached at 8:45 pm. We stayed in the car, while one of us entered the restaurant to ask if it is still open. We were told it still was. So, all of us were given a table.

We placed the order without much delay.

While being served, the lady serving us slammed the plate of rolls and the napkin box on the table in an unexpected show of displeasure.

When she brought the next dish, we asked her why she did that. She told us that she was sorry, that she didn't mean to and it may have been because we arrived about closing time (8:45 pm).

She asked us if she could get the bill. She brought the bill in a very loud and agitated manner.

We then quickly paid the bill at the counter to Mr. Cruz, requested for takeaway boxes, and left the restaurant immediately without waiting to eat our dinner there.

We informed Mr. Cruz about our experience. He was understanding and apologized. We (family) are frequent guests at Pisano's but this instance left us completely shocked and thrown off guard.
We had come prepared to go elsewhere if we were told that the restaurant had closed for the evening.

We recently moved to the area and have found this to be our 2-3 times a week local go to! Excellent food that has consistently quality , service always seems to be so happy and love their job, good energy, great daily drink specials , pasta is amazing, and we have found Cruze to be the most efficient and friendly server here . Definitely request him when visiting , he won’t disappoint and very personable !

Pisano’s quickly became our go to location when we moved to Kennesaw but last night, our order was the worst. We ordered three pizzas and they were all overcooked and a bit burnt. We were shocked because it’s usually cooked perfectly every time. Not sure if there were staffing issues or oven issues, but this is not typical. We’d normally give 5 stars. Hoping for the usual high quality pizza on our next order
