I came here to order food, of course and they had messed up on of my pizzas. That’s fine I had to wait which is sucky, come home and the pizza isn’t even cut, just indented which is really inconvenient. Then the pizza was sticking to the box? Just overall probably not the best first experience

I’m at this location now there are 4 guys and a girl two of guys has long dreads with no hair net the other two guys also had long hair no hair net on and guy is playing in his hair while prepping food one guy walks in and outside with a hoodie on his head but comes in the restaurant and prepares food with out washing his hands no one here as on gloves of any type this place is very unsanitary I will never order here again not clean at all. 3600 Cherokee St., Kennesaw

How does a pizza place not have dough?? I placed a large order online for an luncheon at my office. It stated online that the order would be ready in 15 mins. As I was driving to pick up the order, I was called by someone at Pizza Hut stating they didn't have any dough. WTH, how does a pizza place not have dough?? Like KFC not having any chicken. Poor planning or careless employees, take your pick. If you don't have dough, don't except orders...very simple.
The $2 Tuesday personal pan pizza is apparently a hit because this place was super busy. I ordered 6 ppp's for the family and all of them were lacking sauce and cheese.

If I could give 0 stars I would! When you walk in the store no one acknowledges that you’re there, standing and waiting while they are just walking around. Today went in the store and it was an elderly lady and her grandson waiting to place and order and their response was we are running out of food. How is the business staying open?

I was so excited to pull up to this Pizza Hut as online they were listed as open, and I recently saw their advertisement of cheese bites on the end of the crust and as I approached the door, it did not open and I realized it was locked. I heard their phone ring but nobody came to answer it. Their machines on, but lights were off. I shamefully had to go to the dominoes across the street.
