I’m at this location now there are 4 guys and a girl two of guys has long dreads with no hair net the other two guys also had long hair no hair net on and guy is playing in his hair while prepping food one guy walks in and outside with a hoodie on his head but comes in the restaurant and prepares food with out washing his hands no one here as on gloves of any type this place is very unsanitary I will never order here again not clean at all. 3600 Cherokee St., Kennesaw

How does a pizza place not have dough?? I placed a large order online for an luncheon at my office. It stated online that the order would be ready in 15 mins. As I was driving to pick up the order, I was called by someone at Pizza Hut stating they didn't have any dough. WTH, how does a pizza place not have dough?? Like KFC not having any chicken. Poor planning or careless employees, take your pick. If you don't have dough, don't except orders...very simple.

The $2 Tuesday personal pan pizza is apparently a hit because this place was super busy. I ordered 6 ppp's for the family and all of them were lacking sauce and cheese.

If I could give 0 stars I would! When you walk in the store no one acknowledges that you’re there, standing and waiting while they are just walking around. Today went in the store and it was an elderly lady and her grandson waiting to place and order and their response was we are running out of food. How is the business staying open?

I was so excited to pull up to this Pizza Hut as online they were listed as open, and I recently saw their advertisement of cheese bites on the end of the crust and as I approached the door, it did not open and I realized it was locked. I heard their phone ring but nobody came to answer it. Their machines on, but lights were off. I shamefully had to go to the dominoes across the street.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! THEY ARE GOING TO KILL SOMEONE!!! My wife and I are on day 3 of recovering from food poisoning from an ultimate pizza that we got from this location. We thought that since it was a decent area, the food would be ok. We couldn’t have been more wrong. 1st red flag should have been when I walked in to pick it up and the only person working stared me in the face for about 5 minutes while on a personal call, and did not acknowledge me until she finished her conversation. Next, another employee came in from a smoke break I guess, but walked right past me and said nothing. Finally got the pizza and have been regretting it ever since. This just ruined Pizza Hut for us because we have no plans to dine at a restaurant that doesn’t care about serving old food, under cooked food, and food with toppings that probably sat out all day. (see their other reviews) My wife keeps apologizing for not reading the reviews before ordering, but if this is what it took to find out about this horrible place so that we can warn others to avoid this place like the plague, then perhaps saving someone’s life is worth what we are currently going through. This place needs to be thoroughly inspected and re staffed. No other way around it. So BE WARNED!! If you have plans to not be in bed for days with stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting, fever, chills, etc, you might want to keep looking for your pizza elsewhere.

Placed order at 11:26 pm on the pizza hut web site. At 12:31 am order was canceled without any given reason or warning. An hour of waiting and no food. I am very hangry, but ultimately disappointed. Contacted customer support, but was only told that management would be contacted. Extremely dissatisfied. Edit: despite having commented on this review to contact them, after having done so, I have not heard back from them. Apparently, they don't feel like they actually have to do anything other than leave a comment with no offer of compensation for inconvenience.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING HERE!! ridiculous customer service. I waited 2.5 hours on my order to come. When I finally got a hold of someone on the phone, they said my order was canceled. I had NO text message, no email, no phone call or anything to let me know that my order was canceled. I was here waiting with hungry kids only wanted pizza for hours. And the order was placed way before closing so there’s no excuse. They were not busy. The phone number takes you to a call center and every time they transferred me to the actual store they would hang up the line. I called 4 times. Someone was supposed to reach out to me about the cancelation with an explanation but here I am, days later with not even an apology for the inconvenience and unprofessionalism from their workers. When I explained the situation one of the employees said “so why do you want us to contact the store?” When I was clearly trying to check on my order…
From my previous experiences, If you do decide to place your order here, make sure you order it well done or they will give you raw dough.
