NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! THEY ARE GOING TO KILL SOMEONE!!! My wife and I are on day 3 of recovering from food poisoning from an ultimate pizza that we got from this location. We thought that since it was a decent area, the food would be ok. We couldn’t have been more wrong. 1st red flag should have been when I walked in to pick it up and the only person working stared me in the face for about 5 minutes while on a personal call, and did not acknowledge me until she finished her conversation. Next, another employee came in from a smoke break I guess, but walked right past me and said nothing. Finally got the pizza and have been regretting it ever since. This just ruined Pizza Hut for us because we have no plans to dine at a restaurant that doesn’t care about serving old food, under cooked food, and food with toppings that probably sat out all day. (see their other reviews) My wife keeps apologizing for not reading the reviews before ordering, but if this is what it took to find out about this horrible place so that we can warn others to avoid this place like the plague, then perhaps saving someone’s life is worth what we are currently going through. This place needs to be thoroughly inspected and re staffed. No other way around it. So BE WARNED!! If you have plans to not be in bed for days with stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting, fever, chills, etc, you might want to keep looking for your pizza elsewhere.

Placed order at 11:26 pm on the pizza hut web site. At 12:31 am order was canceled without any given reason or warning. An hour of waiting and no food. I am very hangry, but ultimately disappointed. Contacted customer support, but was only told that management would be contacted. Extremely dissatisfied. Edit: despite having commented on this review to contact them, after having done so, I have not heard back from them. Apparently, they don't feel like they actually have to do anything other than leave a comment with no offer of compensation for inconvenience.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING HERE!! ridiculous customer service. I waited 2.5 hours on my order to come. When I finally got a hold of someone on the phone, they said my order was canceled. I had NO text message, no email, no phone call or anything to let me know that my order was canceled. I was here waiting with hungry kids only wanted pizza for hours. And the order was placed way before closing so there’s no excuse. They were not busy. The phone number takes you to a call center and every time they transferred me to the actual store they would hang up the line. I called 4 times. Someone was supposed to reach out to me about the cancelation with an explanation but here I am, days later with not even an apology for the inconvenience and unprofessionalism from their workers. When I explained the situation one of the employees said “so why do you want us to contact the store?” When I was clearly trying to check on my order…
From my previous experiences, If you do decide to place your order here, make sure you order it well done or they will give you raw dough.

delivery man is weird and needs to be fired i ordered a pizza on Wednesday December 18 around 2pm for my little sister with my parents money and when i get back to my house from picking up my sister i see a tall, older skinny black man walking around the perimeter of my house trying to look into every window. i walk up looking at him dirty bc what are you doing… ?he says “is nobody there” well obviously im here now.. he gives me the pen to sign and he doesn’t get a tip for being a weirdo then proceeds to say “no tip??” all irritated. i said no it’s my parents card.. he snatches the receipt and lets out a mad sigh and walks off with his sorry ssa. weird n broke pick a struggle. only gave a second star because my sister enjoyed her pizza.

BEWARE: this place has the most disgusting employees. Lady w no arm walking in n out like she is on one. Not to sure what her roll is there. A man that walks in n out w her too. Who knows if they went to smoke or what but I walk in with the same man with NO HAND WASHING- NO GLOVES. Brian, who was the Manager did an excellent job with getting me situated. My pizza was made with some meat that I was unable to eat so he made me a new one with no issues. He was very understanding and really helpful in assisting me. Thank you Brian and team!
The store manager turned down a 12 pizza order because he couldn’t run his store properly. Horrible management. Save yourself some time and money and go across the street to dominos. Much better atmosphere

I ordered a thin crust with extra sauce. I could tell right away that the pizza was very light. Half the pizza had absolutely no sauce at all, and little cheese. The other half had spots of sauce only. I threw out a lot of it. I called, and they said they would give me a credit, so I appreciate that if it happens.
