Yes i made an order online on the app at pizza hut for carrayout they said it would be done by 2:38 on friday at the 4221 bellsfellsrd store in kennesaw ga but when my mom got there to pick it up she had to wait like 30 min. To ge the order after it was done because some guy in drive thru didnt know how to give back money and waitng on drive thu and by the time she got home with it it was ice cold i mean we live 10 min away and when i called back the guy was very rude he was like what do u want me to do about it and i told him i walted a refund and he said no all he could do was a credit and i didnt want that thats uncalled for and very un professional

The only reason I've given this location so many chances is because of how close they are to my house. Either they completely mess up my order, give it to someone else or flat out don't cook my pizza all of the way. NO clue what's going on at this location but something has to change.

Just ordered a personal pan pizza and it wasn’t good at all. The crust was soggy. The bread was soggy. The vegetables were overbearing. There was way too many vegetables for a personal pan pizza and it just wasn’t tasty or delicious at all. I could tell no love had been put into it. It honestly didn’t even taste fully cooked so I threw it away $20 gone down the drain dang and I was really hungry. That sucks. Oh well better luck next time.

I order two separate orders on 10/31/2024. The first was placed at 8:17 pm and the second was placed at 8:19 pm. According to my email orders would be ready at 8:32 and 8:34 pm. I arrived at the drive thru promptly around 8:35 ish. I pay for my first order with debit The woman at the window asked if I would like to tip the cool I politely said no. She said ok and then she said I see you just submitted a second order and that one was not ready yet. She told me to circle around and come back to drive thru or I could park upfront and she would bring it out. At this time it is 8:38. I am parked up from waiting and waiting. So another 7 mins had gone by and I go in and wait for another 3 mins and then I finally ask what is taking so long with my order while I wait for the woman to finish her conversation with a customer in the drive thru. I am watching and observing and I see 3 pizzas in the warmer. I ask if that is my order so she goes to the Warmer and checks and says oh yes I didn’t realize your order was ready. My order was sitting there the entire time. She was upset that I did not want to tip so I figure she deliberately let my order sit there. I would like this complaint to reach corporate however I am displeased at how distasteful your workers are and inconsiderate of my time and my money that was paid.

Didn't get a good vibe when i walked in to order. The chicken alfredo was ok didn't have much chicken at all and for whatever reason they charge for marinara sauce that should automatically be free with a order of breadsticks.
The food was spectacular I ordered a hand dish pizza with chicken sausage and pineapples but chicken sausage was amazing I give them five thumbs up they did an excellent job..

Couldn't post a negative on food. I had a pizza delivered yesterday and I have never wasted so much money on the worse pizza. You couldn't even tell there was sauce on the pizza, you could see cheese but it did act like cheese weird. I wonder if they prebake the cheese and sauce on it then just put the toppings on it and bake it again, it was horrible! Never again will I order from here.
