I placed an order for wings here and didn’t get the correct quantity or even type of chicken wings. I tried addressing it it with customer service and never heard back. I haven’t had issues with other pizza huts in the area but this one has been disappointing
We’ve ordered from here in the past and it’s been good but not this time. Received the thinnest crust I have ever seen. The dough is very hard and there’s barely any cheese on the pizza. The only thing they did right was put plenty of toppings. It tastes like a pizza that’s been sitting out for a few days and dried up.
Also had to wait quite a while for someone to come to the pick up window.

If you like to be ripped off and have half of your order not delivered and your pizza messed up then this Pizza Hut is the perfect place for you. then.When you call to order a pizza, you don't call the actual store. you get a call center. and then when your pizza is messed up and you actually call the store and you press the option to address a concern, it rings nobody answers it because nobody cares at the store. You have to go through their website to do a chat that gets you nowhere. they say they're going to escalate it to higher management but they never do. I'm still waiting for an email back from them. Sheila, the supposed customer service human who claims she wasn't a robot was going to escalate it. she never did her job. I don't care if it was a $4 2 litter of Mountain dew that was left off my order. this was not the first time that it's happened. and sadly, even though there's one closer to me, for some reason I have to order from the bells ferry road, Kennesaw, Georgia location. I love to Google with you. you would think the manager or the owner of the store if they even exist would have made an effort to contact me about their poor customer service and how the store is ripping me off. but yet it's silence. So if you want to go through the headache that I'm going through then I suggest you order from this restaurant. it'd be perfect for you. but I highly recommend that you don't order from this Pizza Hut. they just want to rip you off.
And I guarantee you I will not get the franchise owner, store manager or anyone else to address this issue.If you like your order totally wrong and half of it missing then I suggest you order from this Pizza Hut because this Pizza Hut is just perfect for you. Also, when you call to get a delivery order or a pickup order, you don't call the store. You think you're calling the store but it's actually a customer service call center. Who knows where you don't get the actual store. And then when your order does get delivered and half of it's missing and screwed up you have to go through not the 1-800 number because they don't have live human beings to take complaints anymore. You have to go through a chat and the people at the chat say that they're live. But no, they ask repetitive questions and they're a robots and you can't get nothing done and the only thing they will do is offer you another free pizza from the same store that screwed up your order to begin with. Also, when you ask for a full refund they refuse to give it to you. They supposedly say they can't at that level but that doesn't make any sense either they refuse to do their jobs. Does that make sense to you? So if you want to go through all that nightmare and then have to deal with your complaint being escalated to higher management supposedly and then you have to wait 1 to 3 business days or did God knows when they decide or if the robot decides to turn in you'll complaint. Good luck getting your money back. The only way you're going to be able to make a formal complaint is to go to the actual store, so if that's the headache you want to go through then I suggest you order from this Pizza Hut.
Waited at counter for five minutes and no one came out from back. Rang doorbell on counter several times. Heard employees talking in background. Selling and serving pizza is not a priority at this location. I left and went someplace else for lunch. Will not return.

The delivery service they use is doordash and it is HORRIBLE. I was very upset with my delivery experience but I called and the manager was very kind and understanding. Corporate businesses use doordash and doordash is TRASH. The manager was kind and the food was correct but cold by the time I calmed down enough to eat it. 5 stars for the store and the manager. -5 stars for doordash!
This place has been my go to for pizza for awhile .. the staff is amazing.. Michelle is one of the great ones . Highly recommend

Yes i made an order online on the app at pizza hut for carrayout they said it would be done by 2:38 on friday at the 4221 bellsfellsrd store in kennesaw ga but when my mom got there to pick it up she had to wait like 30 min. To ge the order after it was done because some guy in drive thru didnt know how to give back money and waitng on drive thu and by the time she got home with it it was ice cold i mean we live 10 min away and when i called back the guy was very rude he was like what do u want me to do about it and i told him i walted a refund and he said no all he could do was a credit and i didnt want that thats uncalled for and very un professional
