Lunch meals for our party, family box. Service was quick and complete without any errors. All was fresh and hot. Service was great and friendly. Restrooms needed hand towels, men's was out. Couple tables needed to be refreshed. No wait for lunchtime.

I gave them a 4, because the mac and cheese was extremely oily. With the chicken was very good

Tonight I had the best customer service from Popeyes.

Service is terrible, no greeting, and I had to ask for my drink cup right after he took my order inside. At the drive thru, they don't tell you that someone will take your order in a moment. Drink machine carbonation not working either. Didn't ask if I wanted mild or spicy and my fries were cold. This establishment needs work, it's disappointing since this is so close to where I live, I'd rather drive to a farther location.

Took over 25min for order when there was no one else there.

The drive-through is like a game of 'Will They or Won't They?' Spoiler alert: they usually won't. Sometimes you’ll find yourself waiting so long that you’ll question your life choices or start planning a small vacation.

If you do get to the microphone, you might be greeted with silence... or a friendly 'what can I get you!' without a hint of warmth. It feels like they have a 'if you’re friendly you’re fired' policy.

In summary, if you're looking for a meal that comes with a side of existential crisis, this is your spot! Just don’t expect to leave feeling special.

My order was missing two breast and I have been trying to call them for two days now and no one is answering the telephone

Haven't been here in 4 yrs..started to try them out again but based on the reviews that would be a strong..Nope! Last time I was here, it was drive thru only..cars lined up and wrapped around the building because they were out of chicken!! Loll! Guess we were all hungry cause cars sat for almost 40mins to an hr..and then we see what appeared to be the manager hauling in chicken. I felt bad for him but it was unacceptable!

Very bad service waiting long time and in end cancel my order

I purchase a 12 peace’s family meal with rice and beans as a sides in this location and the rice was “ uncooked “ horrible taste and the chicken with not flavor, and is not cheap!!!!! I was an almost every week customer but honestly I don’t know what’s going on there. The quality of your chicken is going down. Please do something and fix all your problems

A very pleasant dining experience. The food was remarkable compared to past visits to other locations. I was impressed with the operation and hope it continues.

Awful service. Lady in be drive through couldn’t confirm my order. Food was missing half the sides I ordered. Over $30 bucks for 7 chicken tenders. Unreal. This place just opened and should already be closed.

Drive thru is ALWAYS backed up. They only let one car at a time to the window while ALL the other cars are backed up behind the ordering menu. So basically, you order then go to the window while the other cars can't order until the car at the window is done. It's an average if about 12-15 minutes to get you fast food. In addition, the chicken often seems reheated. i don't even go there anymore.

This place sucks waiting 35 mins for $10 dollar order..never again

recently stopped by the Popeye's in Kennesaw and had a bit of a mixed experience.

The restaurant was clean, which is always a plus. However, they seemed to be short-staffed, leading to a pretty long line. Unfortunately, they were also out of wings, which was a major bummer.

Once I finally got my order, I noticed they were out of napkins. And to top it off, the bathroom didn't have any hand towels.

While the food was decent, the overall experience was a bit disappointing.

Dietary restrictions: If you have any problems with fried food or trying to lose weight, this is not the place for you.
