When they first opened, I got the chicken nuggets and they awesome! I went back a few weeks later and the nuggets were horrible; they had so much batter that they didn't even look like nuggets.

Placed an order. They advised 4 minutes on legs. I waited 20 minutes only to walk in for them to tell me someone that ordered food after me with a larger order took all the legs. They literally offered no resolution. I will never visit this location again.

The food was horrible my chicken tenders were hard in the middle, fries were soft the only thing tasted ok was the dry biscuit ?. I will never return to this location.

Isn't the main item sold here chicken? Like no one is coming here for a pizza so why every time we come it's "oh it'll be 25 mins for chicken"... And that's for mild, spicy, dark meat, white meat, all meat.... It's been 4pm, 6pm, 1230pm, zero chicken is ready. I understand you can't make mass amounts and have it sit there for long but dang, 25 mins to get chicken? It doesn't take that long in a sit down nice restaurant that makes everything to order. It's almost like the employees say nothing is ready just to deter you so they don't have to do anything. Why would I wait 25 mins in a drive thru and I'm the only one here?!? I tried multiple times at this location and now we're done.

Messed up my order. Asked for 5 piece special with coupon yesterday evening. Was very specific and said 2 thighs and 3 Chicken Tenders. Also ordered wings. Wings were perfect but Never got Chicken tenders but got 3 Drumsticks. I hate Drumsticks. Won't be back. Very disappointed ☹️
I think this location is moving in the right direction. My food was on point. I got all my condiments, napkins and spoons. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

whoever was working at popeyes at 5:30 pm-6 pm that made my nuggets at 5:47 pm on february 11th made the best nuggets i have ever had in my entire life. i went back and tried them again and they were good but not like how they were previously. so fluffy, light, crispy. i could talk about them all day. whoever made my nuggets i love you!

As a former New Orleans resident, Popeyes has always been a favorite however I rarely eat fast food fried chicken these days. But it was handy and I was hungry and I saw they had a fish sandwich, so I got one. It was fab-u-lous!!!
