Ordered the 12 piece chicken. Waited about 10-15 min watching the employees putting forth very little effort. Thought a few of them might have been asleep. Heard several say that's not my job find whoever. Very Very poorly managed store. I got home to discover my 12 piece was only a 10 piece. Attempted to call the store but nobody answered and no voice mail. I guess that person must of been on break, talking on their phone or just too busy (lazy) to do their job.

I don't like giving bad reviews. But today. My son wanted Popeyes. And we waited for more than 10 minutes and no one wanted to serve us. Three different people told us to wait a minute. And they never helped us. I felt Bad because of the color of my skin. That we ask for service. This place would be better with better service. Customer service. Bad experience.

i’ve never not had to wait 10+ minutes for an online order. I just had to wait for 30 minutes and then go ask to get my food after being told to pull up and wait for my order. Genuinely never experienced worse service in my life.

I went to this location around 8pm on a Tuesday. The folks in there clearly saw I was at the drive thru for 15mins just laughed and stared while I waited like a dumbass. I don’t recommend this place to anyone these folks don’t want to work and if they do work they serve you shitty food. Your safe bet is Publix chicken. Pathetic group of people.

If I could give this a zero star review I would terrible service I ordered an online order came to the spot and it took 30 minutes for me to get the food. On top of that my order was wrong and the food was cold. The chicken tenders smelt like raw chicken I couldn’t even handle the smell I threw it out. How tf r u a brand new location and ur service and food is complete trash. Never going to a Popeyes again never had a food experience terrible company that gives franchises to anyone with a pulse
