They make everyone pay then tell you to park only to take over 30 minutes to bring your food out. There was only 2 cars ahead of me . Why would it take over 30 minutes to bring out a 2 piece combo smh. If I hadn’t paid already I would have left already. Make no sense . This is always the case at this location pay and park and be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes even when it’s not a long line

I went to pick of some food for my family and requested chicken tenders. Very easy to comprehend that I just wanted tenders but I was given fried chicken with the bones in it. I went inside to explain why my order was wrong and the lady working the drive through was aggressive and did not apologize for getting my food wrong. She made it look like she was the victim and was loud annoying and obnoxious about it. The only time I would ever go back here is to piss off that lady. Food was terrible and service was shit. DO NOT EAT HERE

I wish I could give 0 stars. Rude with terrible customer service skills. They never have any chicken available, which is insane. Dirty interior, smells like an old mop when you walk in. Staff does not wear gloves when fixing food. The bathrooms are disgusting. Needs to shut down.

I went through the drive thru to order my daughter dinner. I wanted a classic three piece dark combo. I was told that they only have breast in classic, and one thigh. I responded, so you don’t have any non spicy chicken?The cashier then replied, “I SAID WE ONLY HAVE ONE CLASSIC THIGH, we can do spicy. I replied I don’t want spicy, this order is for a child. The cashier was beyond rude. How does a chicken restaurant not have any chicken? Why can’t you fry more? Why be so unprofessional? What a terrible experience- won’t return.
