First time ordering from here & pizzas were delivered hot & were so good. Awesome crust!

I have been here several times over the last few months at lunch time which seems to be less crowded. Please is clean and the service is good. It has an industrial feel to it, not a warm environment as one would expect in an Italian pizzeria. I have never seen an industrial looking Italian eatery in Italy except in Rome's train station. Lol! However, it takes on the modern midtown vib. That's ok. I would say the pizzas are average for the area. I have had three different ones. The pizza they serve don't look anything like the ones in the many pictures from the "business owner". I'm sure those pizza were made by the in-house staff. So why don't they serve the same to their customers? Guess the owners will have to answer that. Is it that the owners don't make the pizzas, did not adequately train the staff, show one thing and serve the other? This practice seems to play out with other eateries across Atlanta as well as elsewhere. Whenever I see too many food pictures by "business owners" I am very suspicious of the place. Maybe it's just me.... If the owner replies with an intelligent response, maybe me and friends will give it another try. And I don't like the current on record 80 health inspection score. That is unsatisfactory for any restaurant where the owners are actively engaged in the business. Why no re-inspection to fix violations?

This place is never opened. In the beginning I would come often for pizza, I told all my friends, but now this is the 3rd visit and the 3rd day and “closed” I guess it’s over and I must find a good pizza place that is open on a consistent basis.

I ordered from them via UberEats several nights ago and had a terrible experience. I ordered their White Pizza, which is supposed to come with mozzarella, ricotta, provolone and romano (it's not just a pizza without tomato sauce, it's an actual menu item of a specialized pizza). In the special instructions, I asked them to add pepperoni and onion. It's an hour delivery time (understandable, I live in Woodstock). So I was so excited and hungry when it finally arrived. I open the box only to discover that it is a regular pepperoni and onion pizza (with tomato sauce). So not at all a White Pizza. I'm allergic to tomatoes, so while the rest of my family could enjoy their pizza (which looked good), I had no food to eat. I let UberEats know and then I placed a second order with Prezzano's, basically duplicating my original White Pizza order. After the order went through, I called the restaurant and spoke to a Laura (who said she was one of the managers). I told her what happened with my first order and she said she would personally ensure that I get the correct pizza this time. I wait another hour. I'm a nursing mother, so I'm starving all the time. By now, it's been over 2 hours and I finally get the second pizza. I open the box - only to discover the most pathetic looking pizza I have ever seen. It was completely dried out and although there was no tomato sauce this time, it still was not a White Pizza. It was just a pizza without tomato sauce. There was no ricotta, no provolone, no romano - in fact, there was barely any mozzarella! I took a bite when I first opened it, praying that maybe it is a magic pizza and all the cheeses are just hidden and will come oozing out. But no such luck....it tasted as awful as it looked. I called the restaurant and let them know what happened and asked how they plan to make this up to their customer. I placed two orders, both of them were wrong, and I ended up with no dinner. The next day, I get an email from Claire Brown, the General Manager. She asked me what happened and I relayed the fiasco from the night before. I sent her the pictures of the second pizza (I didn't even take pictures of the first pizza since Uber didn't require it, so I stupidly forgot). Instead of taking ownership that it was not at all their White Pizza, she replied that "It does look like the pizza has less ricotta and cheese than normal" but that it was Uber's fault that the pizza was cold. Her solution was to give me a free pizza if I ever dine there (which I never do - they are nowhere near me). I responded back by saying that there was NO ricotta (not less ricotta), and none of the other cheeses that are supposed to comprise their White Pizza. And again, there was barely any mozzarella. It was basically just triangles of dried out crust with a shred of mozzarella on it. Also, it was not Uber's fault that the pizza was dried out and cold. I've ordered from their several times and that has never happened to me; furthermore, Laura (the manager the night before) told me on the phone that night that they had the pizza sitting out on their heater. I tracked and spoke with Uber. Their driver was right on time when she was called. The restaurant put out the pizza way too soon and had it sitting out, drying up and getting cold. Claire took no responsibility for this and she conveniently glazed over the fact that for the second time in a row, they failed to give me what I ordered - a White Pizza. And after having two incorrect pizzas from them (one of them so awful it was inedible), her solution is to give me a free pizza? As if I'd order another pizza from them! What she SHOULD have done was to email or mail me some kind of coupon that I could use that was good for any food I would choose to order (not a pizza). That way, the onus is not on me to have to trek out to their restaurant, nor am I forced to order a food item that they can't make properly. I declined her paltry offer. I would have given them 1 star, but my family's pizza w

Best pie I ever had in my life. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Tried their pizza last night, ordered online and picked up which was convenient. Honestly, feel like it's overpriced a bit. Ordered their cheesy garlic bread, which is just a medium sized hoagie roll flattened with garlic sauce and cheese on it, for 8.99? Ordered two pizzas, their deluxe specialty, which was dry due to lack of sauce and was over cooked, tasted burnt. Ordered a medium pizza as well, which seemed better as far as dryness goes.Other items on the menu seem appealing, but most likely won't be back to try them.

When I arrived i was greeted by Claire. Was very friendly and helpful. The meatball sub was one of the best that I have had. Between the food and service, I will be back.

The pizza was good and the environment was friendly and clean. The slices were large and thin like traditional New York style. Even with its size it was not soggy and floppy.

Awful experience. It was unbearably freezing inside, no heat whatsoever. They were sold out of ingredients for the pizza I wanted, and when I chose another one, they were sold out of that one too. Waited forever to get the food when there was only one other table eating. The pizza was burnt, although the ingredients looked good on top. The crust was rock hard and inedible. One of the employees' kids was running around screaming. Another customer started getting upset because his 5-minute wait time he was promised for a slice of pizza took 30 minutes. It was all just a mess. This is why I use Groupon, you never what new restaurants are a hit and which ones are a bust. This was the biggest bust I've ever experienced on Groupon.

I'm actually disappointed in my pizza from this place, was hoping for some quality food...was sick of Dominos and Papa Johns, this was by far worse. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and the chicken was extremely chewy and tough. The dough was mediocre. Not a lot of flavor at all. I ate 3 pieces total and threw the rest out, it was so bad. I don't even throw out frozen pizza leftovers. On the flip side, the cheesy garlic bread was absolutely delicious as well as the marinara for dipping. Maybe I ordered the wrong pizza? Paid a lot of money for a disappointing meal.

I went here this afternoon. The young lady (cashier) was super sweet and patient. She gave me some recommendations on what to order. The pizza she suggested was perfect... fresh veggie toppings, a generous amount of cheese and delicious crust! Will definitely be back ☺️.

So we went here on 11/13/2021 for dinner. When we walked in it wasn’t busy which was a plus at the time especially when you have two kids with you. Let’s start that this pizza place offers NO beer or wine. So I ordered a soda instead well it was flat with no carbonation I had to get up and go up to the counter to get another drink. They gave me a Coke Zero in a bottle only to drink it and realize it was also flat and no carbonation. After looking at the bottle I realized it expired on September 15.Then they gave me another Coke Zero bottle for that one to expire in 4 days. We ordered garlic rolls for a appetizer for them to come out to the table burnt, which we had to send back. The garlic rolls are not traditional but appear to be store bought dinner rolls. The manager did come to the table to apologize offering to not charge us for them and even offered dessert to us. When the above issues were brought to the counter one of the guys said “small business problems”We also ordered a large pizza which honestly I was excited to try based upon all these reviews saying the pizza is amazing and how it tastes like New York pizza. Well being from Brooklyn New York I know what good pizza taste like and I especially know what New York pizza tastes like. The only thing that the pizza had thats was similar to New York pizza was the crust. The cheese and sauce tasted like a cheap store bought pizza with the sauce tasting like cheap tomato paste.I honestly could get a better tasting pizza from the store. My kids love pizza and only had about a quarter to half of a slice. After reading reviews online from Google and Yelp it appears that some family and friends have been posting 5 star reviews. If the owners are truly from New York then they should know that what they are putting out is not authentic New York pizza. The place has huge potential especially being near a college and busy shopping area but it appears that the owners are neglecting the place as the outdoor patio has corn hole boards but the entire patio is covered in leaves, buckets, and a sheet of plywood. The interior of the store looks nice but they need to take all the pizza boxes from the corner of the restaurant and away from from where customers eat as it makes the place look disorganized and cluttered. They need a lot of work before I ever step foot into this place again. I would be more than happy to speak to the owners about this.

7/16/21 - party of 3 While visiting my oldest son in Kennesaw, we found this pizza place to try. It's quite small but comfortable inside. There is a nice patio outside but it was pouring that night. We started with the garlic knots and they were some of the best I've ever had. Fluffy with a good chew and loads of garlic and cheese. My younger son had a stromboli that he loved. His was filled with meats and cheese. My older son and I shared the lasagna pizza. Lasagna is his favorite, pizza is mine so this seems like a good compromise. It was loaded with ricotta, sausage, sauce and cheese. Prezzano's very, very thin NY style crust is tasty but it cannot hold up the ingredients in the lasagna pizza. We weren't able to pick up the slices to eat. The pizza was very, very good but I would have liked the crust to be a little bit thicker. The nice owner stopped by to check on us. He agreed the crust is too thin for such a pizza but that's his style of crust. When we're in Kennesaw again, I'd like to try some other pizzas at Prezzano's.

Went here a couple months back. The service took forever and the food was just decent. Did love the sweet tea! Honestly would rather have bought dominos :/

Late visit for a couple slices. Young yet helpful front staff. They were out of chicken wings so call before arriving if you plan to dine in.Pizza was fresh and tasty.
