Customer service is great and quick to service customers. Drinks are tasty and environment is great inside. Great study spot unless it’s busy.

Amazing place, have great boba and the service is very quick and efficient. Everytime I go there, there are people there also, that's how good it is!

This place used to have fast service. Now they don’t take orders in person and make you take your order on the kiosk. Mind you there is only one kiosk and the wait is way more than it used to be. The staff was not helpful at all and would not tell customers that they were only acceptable orders at the kiosk.

I like the boba tea, and the location a lot. The staff is so incredibly rude, I never want to come back. Particularly the girl with the braids. Every single time I come in, she never acknowledges me. She always has an attitude. I have never seen her working, she is always goofing off with the others.

Surprisingly, it is a good tea shop, and I gave their dim sum and specialty Taiwanese marinated wings a go - superb!. The food is served fresh as their drinks, the place is very inviting and offers wifi to knock out some school work. I'd recommend anyone to check them out, you will not be disappointed.

Never been in, just ordered a few times through insta cart. Absolutely poetic beauty on my taste buds every time! We always make sure to try a little something new each order.

Not the best place to go if you're not familiar with their offerings. Staff wasn't very vocal or helpful really definitely an order taking type of spot. The inside was cute everything was clean and our milk teas were good I prob woulda chose a different green tea option had anyone given me any insight or recommendations but hey 🤷‍♀️

The drinks are not that great. The milk tea was watery rather than milky. You cannot replace boba with another topping without extra charge. You cannot change the tea base. Too sweet even though I ordered half sugar.

There is mold growing near the food, and the meat is left out and not stored and she stopped paying her employees

Drove All the way from Marietta to try this place & they Do Not serve Any of the Fried dim sum options here. Apparently they Only serve the Fried stuff at the West Cobb location. The website should state that. Even the online ordering menu says they have them here.

Been coming to this place for YEARS and to watch it grow from a small little boba shop to this wonderful place is heartwarming.
It truly has grown into a place that welcomes anyone and serves the best earl grey tea!

The dimsum is way over priced. The guy who made my drink & was the only worker there.. idk if his name is Yan, that was the name on my receipt, desperately needs to work on his customer service skills.

Former employee, quit after I found out boss steals from her employees. The drying racks are moldy and the food made me ill multiple times.
