i just ordered a thai milk tea with tapioca boba from here through the uber eats app and my drink was completely spilled in the bag because of poor packaging and didn’t have any boba in it

Currently going on 36 minutes waiting for my daughters Boba, I've never made it before but am shocked at how long its taken to get the orders out. Hopefully this isn't normal for the shop, however we won't be back to find out.

Brown sugar milk tea is so good I order it like once a week now

Best variety of boba that I've come across. My favorite is the pineapple fruit tea slushy with mango boba. Service is always quick. They are always busy when I go in there which speaks to what a great place it is.

The West Cobb location is amazing. Melissa was so sweet and checked one each table making sure we were doing ok. The drinks were amazing and they have tons of topping options.

Definitely recommend coming here, the service is great! The worker imani took my order and was very sweet and carried a good conversation!

If you don’t like Queen Tea, we can’t be friends. Their food is AMAZING. The salt and pepper chicken? Amazing. The dumplings? Amazing. The pork belly? AMAZING.

Tasty bubble tea and friendly service.

The interior has a relaxing atmosphere and plenty of seating to enjoy drinks and chat.

You can choose the amount of ice and sugar for your drinks. If you’re like me, you may prefer no added sugar, and let the tapioca bubbles provide sweetness.

They have a few food items but I’ll try those next time.

Love the grapefruit tea with passion fruit boba! This has become my new favorite spot for boba tea!

I get y'all were busy but both our drinks were messed up. None of the toppings made it into my drink. My boyfriend ordered his drink with 0% sweetness and it tastes like drinking straight syrup. It was so sweet I wasn’t able to drink it. This was so expensive for what? I can’t imagine this is what the strawberry bubbly water was meant to taste like. If so, please remove it from the menu.

the wait was over 20 minutes for one drink, I understand if theres only 2 people on shift ive worked a fast food job before but the boba was hard.

Just wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. I ordered a taro boba, but it wasn’t well mixed. There were weird purple chunks and some unpleasant bits in the drink. Also, I ended up waiting almost 30-40 minutes for my order. It was a Sunday, so maybe they were short staffed, but just a heads up, unless you have a lot of time to wait, I wouldn’t recommend going on a Sunday.
