Good experience but prices were a bit high. Would return though.
I’ve been here twice now and the tea is fine but this second time the service was abhorrent . A young lady fell while leaving her table and her drink spilled on the floor near the cashier. The staff didn’t even acknowledge her ( ask her if she was okay , offer her a new drink) . My mother and I were astonished at their lack of care and courtesy . It was obvious the staff could hear my mom say they should get her a new drink and that we need a mop. Not a peep from any of them . While we were sitting I continued checking to see if the spill was cleaned as it is a hazard right by the cashier . It took them 21 minutes to get it cleaned when there were people available to clean it up the entire time . I’m very Disappointed in their treatment of customers , disgusting.
Bring back the screen to order on. There’s a lot of customization available that the servers forget to tell you about.

i’m a regular at this location and the boba is awesome- however the guy working today had a really bad attitude when they got my drink wrong; he didn’t remake the drink and had a bitter attitude about it :( i know it’s not the norm but it’s still really disheartening; and i get it, working christmas day sucks but don’t take it out on the customer :(

I always love going to here to get boba when im in the area. The drinks are very good and the staff is super sweet.

i just ordered a thai milk tea with tapioca boba from here through the uber eats app and my drink was completely spilled in the bag because of poor packaging and didn’t have any boba in it
Currently going on 36 minutes waiting for my daughters Boba, I've never made it before but am shocked at how long its taken to get the orders out. Hopefully this isn't normal for the shop, however we won't be back to find out.
