Used to be one of my favorite affordable sushi spots, but food wise its mediocre and they use quite cheap ingredients. Service wise though, it keeps getting worse. From the start, one of the female servers was very rude and I usually can handle rude service especially if the place is basically self-service, but today I had a horrible experience. One of the male owners was not friendly at all and would yell at you. ALSO they charge 18% gratuity for 5+ even though there are no signs anywhere. I don't mind paying for tip especially since I work in the service industry, but to charge us when you didn't give us our drinks, using just a robot, and we ordered from a tablet, and they never once checked up on us once, to the point we even had to go up to them to get sauces, I think it's just unjustifiable. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing and I'm personally never coming back. I say go to the Alpharetta location for cheaper all you can eat option instead AND better service.

Good food. Very clean. Great for introverts. You don’t have to talk to anyone. It’s all automated. A bit pricy compared to a regular sushi bar but it has conveyor belts, a train and robots. You don’t get that at your regular sushi bar.

If you’re looking for a sushi place I don’t think this is the right restaurant as sushi is just okay not many options and a little bland but bbq is better specially steaks. Place was a bit empty during lunch time on a Sunday. Atmosphere was okay just too dark and almost empty. Service was great.

This is the greatest and number 1 restaurant you must go to! There are robots that look really nice and the food especially made me feel like i was sleeping on the clouds! Great service too! The waiters are really patient and really nice! I also loved the robot that goes around restaurants with food with them, this is a great addition! Musttry this restaurant! 10/10

Great place to bring the kids. The robot brings your drinks, the non stop conveyor belt parades sushi rolls past your table and the miniature monorail delivers your ordered food on a track above the conveyor belt. It's non stop amazement for the little ones. The prices are fair as well. We liked how we could just punch in an order on the table side iPad for another serving for the kids without needing wait staff.

First time visitor after recommendation. Quick service. Good food. Many options to choose from. Bullet Train delivery service was very cool. Be sure to try the fried ice cream for dessert.

Wouldn’t really recommend. Some of their sushi was not as good as grocery store sushi eg. the kani handrolls, the kani tastes off. Not everything on their menu is available.

It's a fun place, and they have good sushi for a good price. The service is also great and staff is friendly. I try to stop by any time I get the chance.
