Amazing noodles!

BEST PLACE TO EAT! so me and my dad went here to eat and food so good and we had this one guy SO NICE AND FUNNY 12/10

Honestly this place has gone down hill. My kid loves sushi and will seriously eat 3-4 rolls if I let her. She ordered 2 small maki rolls. She said the tuna did not taste right. Now keep in mind she is a very basic sushi eater and on a weekly basis. My kid doesn’t turn food back. When I expressed concerned because it was raw they offered me 20% off food she didn’t eat. I said that is dangerous to serve food that is spoiled and then force the issue of paying for uneaten food. The manager offered 50% off saying she doesn’t even get free food. I did not ask for free food I asked for either replace with a not spoiled fish or comp the uneaten roll. I have gone to this location many many times over the years and watched it slowly decay. We sat for over 20 minutes with our food and the server never even came back to check on us. There are several other sushi restaurants near by that honestly have better selection and better fish. It not worth the price or the awful service to come here anymore.

A roach ran across my table as I was eating lunch. I notified the manager and she had the waitress come over to my table. The waitress squished the roach next to my dish and told me I could pay in the front. I wanted to vomit. Never again!

I have been to try multiple times with Ru San in different location and be honest Rusan in Kennesaw location has the best services overall!!
The food quality are still the same anywhere but service is top notch at this location. We will be back

My husband and I live an hour and a half away but it is by far one of our favorite places to eat good sushi! Harti, the manager is the absolute best and so are all of the waiters and waitresses. Never do come in without a big hello and hug from them! Cant beat good food and service so we will be coming back for a long time!

I've never experienced such incredible service at a restaurant before. Marylin was the best server I could have asked for. I loved her smile, and she was very beautiful. I hope to see her again soon!

Genuinely this was one the most unappetizing dining experiences I’ve ever had. I hate to leave a bad review, but they need to improve housekeeping and service. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. My waitress was at the drink station eating with her hands in between serving food without washing in between. Yaki soba noodles was entrenched with so much sodium that’s the only thing you could taste. There was no real flavor. The spicy tuna hand roll was covered in some type of disgusting sauce that looked like puke. The only thing I enjoyed here was the regular tuna hand roll. In general, the restaurant did not look super clean or well maintained. I see a lot of positive reviews, so I hope it was just an off night for them. I will not be dining here again and considered it a waste of $30.

I used to go to Ru Sans years ago 20+ years ago it was great then. Then there was a period back in 2012-2015ish it wasn’t as good. Over the past year we decided to try it again. And I have to say I’m glad we did. We’ve been about 4 times. It is better than it ever was. It has a new owner since then. And His name is Sang. He is phenomenal! You can tell he cares. I’ve been there a few times when he seated us. And he is always so happy to see you. Because of him and his whole staff you feel so welcome The food is great! Better than any sushi and food around. It is obviously fresh made to order. Never had a bad meal or a bad server. The servers are happy. You can tell they like working there. They are extremely accommodating. I had the chance to speak to the owner this last time to compliment him and his staff. He said the staff and him are like family. They are happy because he’s a good boss. Not to mention they can be proud to serve the anything on the menu because it is all great quality. There were regulars we ran into at the bar on the way out and they gave nothing but accolades. If you haven’t been to there in a while like us. I highly recommend you try it again. You won’t be disappointed. This place is better then 5 stars! Our new regular place to dine!

I normally don’t review restaurants at all even if I love them or hate them, but wow this is an exception. First off, it’s my fault for ignoring the red flags. Sushi restaurant in a strip mall, check. Bad smell, check. Huuuuge menu, check. My fiancée shared the asparagus tempura and it was the best thing we had, and even that was average. Tried the crab cake app, both of us tried one bite after examining it with cautious eyes and were not
surprised when it tasted terrible. I got the shrimp yakisoba which was also average, maybe a little lower. Was not impressed at all. Pretty sure ramen noodles from a package were used as the noodles in the dish. Now, for the main event. My fiancée got some kind of crawfish roll and I got the Catherine’s roll. Both were so bad tasting and weird that we couldn’t finish them. And we love sushi. The weirdest part about it? The eel sauce was like the consistency of bbq sauce…very weird and rare restaurant experience. Yet looking at the reviews it seems like most people have a decent experience? I’m confused. Did we come on a bad night? Did we get the wrong items? Either way I don’t recommend. Don’t make the same mistake we did. Oh and the service was fine, waitress was very nice and professional.

Yeon was a Great Server and made oragami for my kids which they loved! Food Quality is always on point! Never disappointed.

From the first visit I was captivated by the fried rice. The special ingredients show they take pride in their food and service. Everyone so nice and welcoming. I met the owner on one occasion and I didn't even know it. He was so helpful and treated everyone with kindness. This is the best fried rice on the planet and I won't tell the secret ingredients you just have to see for yourself.
