Definitely not worth the price I paid. Don't know that I'll be going back

Kind staff but food is relatively average. Hibachi comes out more oily than it should be. However, it is a decently affordable place and would come back if I was in the mood for hibachi.

Food filled the plate, unlike some other Japanese steakhouse in the area. Fried rice was included and not extra as well.

My husband and I went there to eat dinner and everything was fine until we ordered, the waitress did not hear my ordered correctly so when the food came I was suspicious because it looked like one of the sushi had shrimp and my husband is highly allergic. When she came around I asked her if there was shrimp and he said it didn’t.. until I tried it I had to tell my husband to spit it out. When I told her that I didn’t order it she said I did. Completely unprofessional, until another waitress confirmed me that it did. If I didn’t tried it my husband would have been in the hospital

Avoid! Food made us sick, service was sub par, but pricing was outrageous!
Very yummy and well seasoned food. It was nicely decorated as well. Nick gave the best hibachi show I've ever seen-he is remarkably talented and did some moves I've never seen at a hibachi restaurant before. It was very enjoyable and he was very relatable.
The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because as lovely as the koi pond is out front, there are some koi with tumors and a massive koi who, unfortunately, has a badly kinked spine. Euthanasia is much more humane than watching them struggle to move. It made me rather sad and put a damper on the meal. Oh! Also. For some reason, despite getting the same meal as my coworker, I was charged almost three dollars for a water, which seems a but odd to me.
Other than that, though, really great place! <3

For god sake clean up the place. You walk in and it smells like sewage, every surface is greasy, the sushi menu is filthy and falling apart. I took the bullet and ate there because my daughter likes it. Hopefully we don’t get sick. I am shocked neither the restaurant nor the health department take notice of the filthy details.

Chef Boyardee was our chef, and he was the best one we have ever had. Even though my daughter and I were the only ones at the table, he gave us a show. The food was awesome, and so was our chef

This restaurant I will never revisit!
The atmosphere was dark and gloomy. The was a moldy, dirty mop, stale kind of smell in the air.
There were BOX Floor fans, blowing air, I assume to get rid of the smell.
The food was horrible.
There was only 3 people in our party, and somehow, the waitress took it upon herself to add a gratuity, that I refused to pay. Maybe she thought I was not paying attention.
This place needs to voluntarily close down! If I could give "0" stars, I would be doing them a favor!!!!

been coming here for 16+ years.......food has always been excellent......service always been phenominal.......ever since covid (2020ish) portion size has diminished......4 peas and 3 carrots for the fried rice for 8 people ( some had double rice) ...steaks have shrunk.......yet prices increase........fine....continue to go as its son's FAVORITE spot.........but now they hand write in a 20% tipe before they even bring you the bill?....ive always been a round up to even dollar.....never left less than 30% ....but being forced like this .....wonder the legality of it..........they lost a loyal customer ........

I've seen much better "shows and flair by chefs" at other similar Japanese steak restaurants.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The restrooms are filthy as soon as you walk in your shoes stick to the floor. I was seated at an empty table setting by myself. I then told the lady who seated me that I was going to go wash my hands and that I’d be right back. Once I got back it was a whole family sitting down including my seat. I then asked how many was in there party because all the seats were full including mine. I then asked the lady who seated me and she told me to talk to a manager. I then explained the situation to a manager and he rudely told me because I wasn’t seated they gave my seat away and I had to wait another 30 minutes for the next hibachi to be seated again. And because I was famished I then decided to take it to go. My food was ice cold and terrible. The shrimp was undercooked and not sure if it was because I got it to go but it was definitely a smaller portion. I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone from the nasty food to the terrible customer service. I will never come here again.

Our chef at the hibachi table was talented. Our food and drinks were freshly prepared. Not very busy on a weeknight and good food.

Love it, exactly what you expect, good prices. Even if it's packed you still get the treatment of a private experience
