This is the first time I received a drink from this location. My daughter got the drink for me and brought it home. I was very disappointed in the drink I received. It was supposed to be a Caribbean Way. I get it all the time from the Smoothie King and Sandy Springs and Austell Georgia. This one was very water down and the flavor just not there. I may as well have had a blended lightly flavored-water and ice.
I don’t know about the service or atmosphere as I wasn’t there, since I have to pick I’m rating in the middle.

My boyfriend and I got 2 different smoothies and seem to be experiencing food poisoning since drinking it. We have been violently sick for an entire day and all night. Not sure what happened with our smoothies but we will no longer be going here.

I really think you should have at least two in the early morning when you on your way to work u can order ahead and still have to wail over 10 is not acceptable

I had a late day and made it to the shop at 8:55pm. I know it late, and I get it. Three young girls were working and they said that they were tired and didn’t feel like taking any more orders. They told me the computer shuts down at 9:00 so they refused to take my order for 5 minutes and then when 9:00 came they said the store is closed. As a smoothie king employee at a different location this is completely unprofessional. My manager always emphasizes every order customer until 9:00 pm needs to be completed. Never coming here again. This took place on Friday, August 23, 2024. Not trying to cry about it because I know I was late but refusing to take the order until 9:00 and then saying the computer is not working was extremely annoying.

I ordered food from the drive through and they got my order wrong. I ordered the PB Swizzle. Missing a scoop of ice cream and strawberries. I went in to ask if they could correct my order and the manager got an attitude with me and told me they were not going to remake my order that she would only give me the missing ingredients for me to mix them in my self. She sat the ingredients down on the counter and never offered one apology. The entire staff was unapologetic and rude except for Natalie. I went in the next day because this is the closest one to me m. I ordered through the drive through again and this time I feel like they did something to my food. They handed the açaí bowl to me and it seemed like it was filled with some sort of liquid. As soon as I put my spoon in the entire bowl fell apart. I’m just so over this place. I pray they get an intervention because I will never recommend not one person to ever go to this location. This happened on yesterday and now I’m feeling sick. Very rude staff beware of this place they may try to even poison you!!

I go to this smoothie king often since it's close to my job but I'm going to start going to another location. I order the PB Swizzle with extra peanut butter and they NEVER add extra. I even went in to order this time and asked the cashier to please make sure it has the extra peanut butter by putting some on the base before adding the fruit then topping it with peanut butter as they do. Still did not do that and it didn't have any extra on top either. I'm tired of paying almost an extra $2 for nothing. These young kids that work there don't care. So disappointing.

My husband, toddler, & I come here pretty much everyday. Smoothies are always delicious! We started dining in a couple of weeks ago, my son, who has autism, loves watching the blenders. Most (ALMOST all) of the ladies working are very friendly & I really appreciate when they acknowledge my little guy. Two of the girls (wish I knew their names) gave him a sticker, which to some may seem like a small gesture but it was very much appreciated! Place is always clean & even smells good! ?
Kid-friendliness: My toddler (who has autism) loves to come in & watch all the blenders. I’ll say MOST of the ladies working acknowledge him & smile & 2 very sweet ones gave him a sticker. Made my day!
