Another lady and l walked into Smoothie King a few minutes ago. The young lady did not acknowledge us. She continued making smoothies. 10 min passed and she continued making smoothies and never took our order. This is a very bad experience for me. My sister and I go to smoothie king every-time
we work out.

1. It smelled funny inside. 2. There was 2 people in front of me and it took about 30 min to get a wrong. 3. 2 people that came in after me got their smoothies before me. 4. I still received the wrong order.
I will go to other mom and pop smoothie places from now on.
My friend and I went to redeem her Smoothie King reward, but they refused to remove the strawberries for her substitution. She’s allergic to strawberries and has been hospitalized for this allergy in the past. It’s frustrating because she’s been able to substitute strawberries at other locations, but now, this location wouldn’t accommodate her. It’s unacceptable to suggest she accepts a smoothie with strawberries given her severe allergy. 0/10. We recently moved here from Grayson, GA, and this is the closest Smoothie King to us—I hope someone reaches out to resolve this issue.
