Dale is argumentative and incompetent. Order my Americano the same way I have hundreds of times for a decade or two and it came with no cream and no sugar. After explaining how they have a blonde bean and then I ordered it incorrectly I asked Dale why is it not sweet did I somehow word that incorrectly to and he didn't have an answer. Some people are just destined to argue with about coffee orders the rest of their lives.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. My drinks rarely might not be perfect, the staff is friendly and attentive. Dale, the manager, is especially kind, when he makes my drinks, they always turn out great. The store is clean, organized, and has a calm, relaxed atmosphere.

Really great service every time but the baristas just arenāt making the drinks right sometimes. One time I wanted pumpkin cf and it was liquidy. They fixed it of course but I just hate having to go back and complain. Today I got a brown shaken espresso and it was very strong, I love strong coffee but they just didnāt make it right. They put extra ice in it so 10 sips and it was gone. Itās just too expensive for it to be made wrong.
I order the same coffee. Each time. Anericano with a splash of heavy cream, Splenda, whipped cream and caramel drizzle which adds 60cents additional to the order. They never put the Splenda, whipped cream or caramel drizzle on it. This is very frustrating. Door dash already add additional fees. So just pay attention and send the correct coffee.

Today, I accidentally ordered a grande through the app. Having just returned from a tiring trip to Vegas, I really needed a Venti to get through the day. As I was about to order another grande, Evi and Jai stepped in and saved the day. They refused to let me make another purchase and instead offered to simply make me a new Venti. Their kindness and customer-first attitude truly made my day.
Evi and Jaiās dedication to ensuring every customer leaves satisfied is what makes this Starbucks location stand out. Thank you both for your incredible service and for always putting a smile on my face!

I've been going to Starbucks for a loooooong time. I always order the same things. I know how they SHOULD taste. I can't get a consistent coffee at this location to save my life. And if I do get the courage to speak up and ask for a remake the staff just gaslights you and makes it wrong again. I choose this location cause it's a convenient location for me but honestly after yet another inconsistent drink today, I can't keep wasting my money here.
