Even though my visits to Starbucks are infrequent, typically once a month, I always make sure to stop by when I am in Philadelphia to grab a decaf coffee. The consistency of their service has always impressed me, as they get my order right every time. The efficiency and dedication of the staff is evident in their quick service and attention to detail.
During a recent trip to Georgia, I had the chance to visit a Starbucks near Kennesaw where a family friend works. I must mention Gio, who works at this location and takes his job very seriously. I appreciate how he shared his passion for his work with me, and I was impressed to learn that the staff is trained in different areas of the store to ensure seamless operations.
On one of my visits, I ordered a decaf latte, which was perfectly made. My son's girlfriend, who frequents this Starbucks, always opts for a ham and Swiss croissant. We found ourselves making several trips to Starbucks during our stay in the area, and it was a pleasure to see our family friend at work.
The teamwork and efficiency of the staff were evident behind the counter, with the employees smoothly handling orders and keeping the flow going. The ambiance of the Starbucks makes it a great spot to relax, work on your laptop, or catch up with a friend. I couldn't resist capturing some moments in photos and videos.
While I had a great overall experience, I would love to see more vegan options on the menu at Starbucks.

Ordered large cappuccino - received a large cup of a foam! Also ordered a large regular coffee. By weight the same size cup of the regular coffee was about 5 times the weight of the large cappuccino. What a scam! Starbucks is degrading by every minute! What a textbook example of decay in business ethics.

Dale is argumentative and incompetent. Order my Americano the same way I have hundreds of times for a decade or two and it came with no cream and no sugar. After explaining how they have a blonde bean and then I ordered it incorrectly I asked Dale why is it not sweet did I somehow word that incorrectly to and he didn't have an answer. Some people are just destined to argue with about coffee orders the rest of their lives.

Love coming to my regular Starbucks. Always get greeted by smiles and my drink is always great. And Im often given a big smile from messages left on my cup.
This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. My drinks rarely might not be perfect, the staff is friendly and attentive. Dale, the manager, is especially kind, when he makes my drinks, they always turn out great. The store is clean, organized, and has a calm, relaxed atmosphere.

Really great service every time but the baristas just aren’t making the drinks right sometimes. One time I wanted pumpkin cf and it was liquidy. They fixed it of course but I just hate having to go back and complain. Today I got a brown shaken espresso and it was very strong, I love strong coffee but they just didn’t make it right. They put extra ice in it so 10 sips and it was gone. It’s just too expensive for it to be made wrong.

I order the same coffee. Each time. Anericano with a splash of heavy cream, Splenda, whipped cream and caramel drizzle which adds 60cents additional to the order. They never put the Splenda, whipped cream or caramel drizzle on it. This is very frustrating. Door dash already add additional fees. So just pay attention and send the correct coffee.
