I'm not sure if they were understaffed or what, but I have never waited for over 20 mins for just a drink at Starbucks. Totally set my time back and my day. I started with plenty of time! I wasn't in a rush until I had to be. #DISAPPOINTED I had to ask for a refund and leave empty handed.

My favorite Starbucks on the planet! Everyone is so friendly and they make my custom drink perfectly every time. Devon the manager is really nice and does a great job keeping the store immaculate.
Kid-friendliness: They are patient with kids letting them order themselves and I see how kind they are to the older students that go there to study - wishing them a good day at school.

I actually didn't buy anything there.But I was waiting in the parking lot and my car overheated. Several employees were very helpful. Some assisted by getting me water for my radiator and one looked under my hood for broken hoses. I appreciated their efforts. I was able to drive home.

The workers around 5pm on July 10, 2024 were highly unprofessional. They were extremely loud and multiple times I heard them laughing about customers in the drive thru. That is not acceptable.

The pictures on the app for what I ordered is nothing like what received. For what it cost for these items it is crazy and it looks nothing like the pictures. The first picture is what I ordered from the app and the second one is what I got. I know Starbucks is not a deli but I thought the turkey would have been in slices, but it was shredded, hardly any turkey in it. The sandwich was also hot. Never again!
