Clean. A little slow considering it was 6pm on a Saturday and only one person in front of me (and a drive thru). The guy behind the counter did help me decide what to get by explaining the new Refreshers by flavor, ingredients, and his favorite.
Hubby got a Tall Decaf Americano, because apparently they don't serve plain ol decaf coffee anymore (he looked at me like, "huh?" when I asked for that... Lol), and I got the Summer Skies Refresher. Hubby ended up with a grande Americano, though... Minus a star for that. He did refund the Americano, but I shouldn't have had to do that. What if I hadn't caught it?
The Refresher is definitely worth it! Delicious! Idk how I'll get the Bobo out, though. I didn't grab a straw. My problem, not theirs.

Employee was very rude and disrespectful. She was not attentive. She charged us the wrong amount on my Visa card and when I told her to refund , we got the credit on Starbucks card instead !!! Food was cold and my drink was half full!!! I go Starbucks daily but this is my last order !!! Manager tried to help but it was too late.

I ordered a Venti White chocolate mocha hot. I grabbed my cup and then had to go set it down due to my screaming baby and I took her to the bathroom to be changed. I was gone maybe 4 minutes. When I got back I grabbed my cup and checked it because it felt light. When I opened the lid, it filled VERY low. Like barely any coffee and mostly foam. I checked my husbands coffee and it was the exact same. Barely any coffee and all foam. I would’ve just ordered a tall because that’s just about how much coffee was in my venti cup. I am very disappointed and I completely wasted my money. I will not be back to this location.
