I had to switch to using the app as my order of white Hot Chocolate kept being made as a Latte or a normal Hot Chocolate, I had about a 15-20% success rate at getting what I ordered.
Now even with the app, still 1/4 times I end up with a latte (picked up thru drive thru tonight so was home before I noticed).
It is annoying to not be able to get what I ordered but also, I cant drink caffeine which makes the accidental lattes even worse.

Got 2 venti coffees and neither one of them taste right. The white mocha taste like pure spoiled milk, asked for no whip but it came with whip and my iced white mocha shaken raspberry espresso was very bitter and didn’t have much flavor. Too expensive for these mistakes and then company wants us to tip….

I came to get my lemonade specifically for the boba, and when they gave it to me, it didn’t have any. When I asked, they told me they didn’t have any. They should have informed me of that beforehand so I could decide whether I still wanted it or not.

Customer service is trash! Waited almost 10 minutes to pick up an order and no one greeted me or asked who I was waiting for. 6 team members working and the store was slow. I’m not kidding when I say no one offered their services. Called district manager and store manager via phone but no answer. Never wasting a cent at this store.

The most horrendous Starbucks I ever went to they always get my order wrong. I know I do not ever come to this Starbucks go to any Starbucks near you. This is the most horrible one. The service is bad. Everything is bad even when you tip them.

I work in the area and treat myself to a coffee about once a week. I kid you not, the staff at this Starbucks location are truly the nicest of any Starbucks I've ever been to. It doesn't matter which of the lovely staff are running the drive thru, they are all so friendly and wonderful. I've never had anything but pleasant interactions with this team. Keep up the good vibes friends!

I ordered a grande hot drink with 3 long shots and extra of oat milk through mobile order. When I picked it up, it was made iced. I politely told them it was supposed to be hot, and they agreed to remake it.

But when I received the drink again, it was given to me in a mini cup—even though I clearly ordered 3 long shots. That amount of espresso needs a bigger cup than the mini one. Three long shots with oat milk do not fit properly in a mini cup. Little bigger cup is the appropriate size to hold that amount of espresso plus milk. Is there anything wrong with my order with grand cup?

I also want to make sure there’s enough space in the cup so the drink doesn’t spill while I’m driving. A smaller cup filled to the top with hot liquid is just not practical or safe.

I pointed this out, and instead of fixing it, the barista acted like I was asking for something unreasonable. I even said, “Just make it simple. I’m not trying to cause trouble—I’ve been standing here a while. And there’s is a LONG LINE behind me, it makes me feel bad. I said :”Just switch it to the right cup or add some oat milk or water if it helps.” Still, one of the staff responded with attitude, saying things like, “all the way up?”in a dismissive tone.

I come to this location frequently, and I’m usually very patient. But this is now the third time my order has been made incorrectly, and the repeated mistakes are frustrating. I’m not making unreasonable demands—I’m simply asking for the drink I ordered. It feels like the staff are ignoring the order details and just making drinks however they feel like it. That’s not okay.

Please take the time to double-check the order details before making drinks. I’m not trying to be difficult—I just want to receive what I paid for, made correctly, and to be treated with basic respect when pointing out a mistake.

This kind of response is disappointing and unacceptable. I hope you’ll address the training and service attitude at this location. As a regular customer, I’m starting to seriously reconsider returning.im afraid of coming back after I leave this review.

I moved over to this area about 2.5 years ago. My husband and I are creatures of habit and their cold brew is so consistent. I always use mobile order because our cold brew adjustments are a tiny bit different. So it’s easier. All of the workers are incredibly kind and smiley!! MANAGEMENT, never let JAE leave.THATS a whole lot of sunshine 🌞😍❤️ I look forward to when I am met at the window! I think kindness goes an along way. So if you had a bad experience maybe it was also your reaction to it. Patience is needed always 😌🫶
