We went through the drive through due to the first drink we ordered being incorrect. We re purchased another drink and was trying to ask the lady at the window if she could take the drink that was not correct and before we could finish the sentence she said I can’t take it. I understand company policy but let’s not be rude and short with customers. I did pay for the new drink and walked the other drink to their door to throw it away.

I normally go to another location down the road but Ive been here before a couple times. I got my birthday drink from here a couple days ago and the girls working the drive through made me feel so special and had incredible customer service. Everything was perfect.
