I don’t often write reviews but this is Starbucks is the BEST. I’ve been to so many locations across the country and I’ve never seen a Starbucks run this well. The team is unbelievably warm and friendly, the coffee is spot on, and free refills on drip coffee? I keep coming back 🤩

Woman at the drive thru is extremely rude her name was reagan . Just rude and unfriendly maybe she shouldnt be at the window if she cant be pleasant. No reason to make someone elses day horrible because tou may be having a bad day

I’m not sure if this is a real policy or not but the women who kick people out just because you dont buy a coffee is crazy. I hate to pull the race card but it feels targeted for yall to ask me to leave when yall see me actively studying and using WiFi. I shouldn’t have to pay for a coffee or tea or sweet drink just to study. ESPECIALLY when I’m the only one person there. Shame on the workers we’re all just trying to get by in life and yall making it difficult isn’t helping. And makes me NEVER WANNA BUY FROM STARBUCKS AGAIN!! We live in the age of social media it only takes post to ruin a business. Be careful.

Wow. Didn't know a Starbucks could be this nice. You get plates with your food, and the service is simply excellent. They forgot my coffee, and I was given a $4 gift card as an apology. Sweetest people!

Very nice compared to other ones in the area, all the people are very kind, the cashier Jeremiah helped me pick a new drink I really enjoyed. Will be coming back!
I paid around $7 for literally 3 to 4 sips of the drink. Four fifth of the cup was filled with ICE. The barista refused to redo the drink and wanted me to buy a new one. Extremely poor standards. Who the hell calibrated the drink??!!! And who the hell ate the standard of how much ice to include??!! Did they try drinking what they calibrated to see how many sips they had… So is Starbucks charging by the sip…. $2 per SIP…

I wish I could give more than five stars! The staff at this location are so incredibly generous and thoughtful of their guests. I think they could tell I was having a really awful and emotional morning…. And they handed me a cup that had such an encouraging message and they were so sweet and generous with me. Totally made my day !

I just ordered a Grande caramel macchiato at the drive thru. I was handed a cup, suspiciously light, (turns out it was missing about 5 ounces of coffee), without a sleeve or stopper. I asked for both of those and went on my way. At work, I open it and see that it's basically slightly half full once the foam melts. Um...so I have to add my own coffee to this? I can't visit this place again, that was ridiculous. This cost way too much for Starbucks to start ripping customers off even more.
