Parking: Parking is tight due to the location.

Kid-friendliness: Went with 3 kids so they could use their Christmas gift cards. The staff was helpful and friendly, but the menu boards don't show much. If you are not a regular Starbucks shopper, going inside to order will make for a difficult experience.

The drive through times at this location are absolutely horrendous. Having to wait 15 minutes with 4 cars in the line is completely ridiculous, and it happens every time! Someone needs to start enforcing drive times.

I was only there for a minute. I had two car accidents that day and on the second one, we pulled into Pike's Nursery. I went to use the bathroom and they were very clean, literally cleaning the entire place. I can not exaggerate how clean this place was. I figured while I'm there, I might as well get a cake pop. I must have let my emotions get the better of me cause the sweet man asked me if I was okay. I explained the broken-down car and the fact I honestly just wanted my cake pop. This sweetheart told me I didn't need to pay. I wish I had cash cause I would have given him my wallet as a tip, I am so happy there are still sweet people like him out in the world. If he reads this review, thank you so much and have a blessed life

Came here to get a coffee they do not have any change. No one cared like it was my fault that they didn’t have change. How are you running a business without change in your register this is a management problem and then the girl in the window offered. nothing. She just looked at me with a blank stare. They need to be trained in customer service.

I am a frequent morning customer at this Starbucks location, typically using the drive-thru to order sandwiches and drinks for myself and my team. However, I am very disappointed with the service at this location. They often seem to be out of essential items. Today, after ordering multiple items, they handed them to me individually at the window. When I requested a bag, I was informed they were out. Additionally, they provided the coffees and teas without a carrier or sleeves, as they were out of those as well, and did not include coffee stoppers. I expect a more efficient and prepared service experience, and I am now considering taking my business elsewhere.

I have been coming to this location consistently for a little over six months and have had only great experiences. From their consistency making my drink perfect to the friendly banter, they do great across the board! Highly recommend this location, and I will certainly be back.

I usually enjoy coming to Starbucks to relax, study, or get some work done in a calm and peaceful environment. However, this particular location has been quite disappointing. The workers are extremely loud and seem to dominate the space with their conversations, making it difficult to focus. It’s really frustrating when the store feels more like a social hub for the staff rather than a comfortable spot for customers. While the coffee is still great, the overall experience is far from what I’ve come to expect from Starbucks. I hope the management can address this issue and restore the welcoming and quiet atmosphere.
