Food and atmosphere are good similar to other Starbucks but the thing that stands out is the level of personalized customer service from an associate named Gabrielle .. she goes out of her way to remember her regulars along with what they normally get, has a very friendly personality and positive perspective on life and shares that fantastic smile with every customer that she comes into contact with, and is very knowledgeable about every combination of drinks offered by SBX .. Leadership should recognize the value that she brings to every store that she's worked at relative to customers and associates for several years

I got a coffee today the same one I always do it looked a bit dark so I asked for a little more oat milk. Wyatt was so rude about it telling me he can do that unless he re-rings me up for a latte. Literally have never had an issue with my drink nor have I ever had a problem at this location. Usually everyone is super nice and sweet. He needs to be spoken to about his customer service and retrained on how to handle an issue with a paying customer appropriately. I just took the drink back went down the street to the other Starbucks. They agreed with me and fixed it with no problem ! I love this Starbucks but unfortunately will not be returning because of Wyatt !

Absolutely love this location! Truly is a hidden gem! Every time I come the wait is not long compared to other locations. The food is always warm and the staff here are very kind! Thankful this one is about 3 minutes from home! And thank you team because today's triple star order tasted better than ever and granted we havent seen the sun in like 6 days y'all were still perked up and happy to serve me! THANK YOU!!!!
I don't get it. I've been ordering a Grande Mocha Frappuccino since as long as I can remember. I've been ordering that drink from this particular location for at least a year. BUT, the last two times has been disappointing. The mocha Frappuccino has NO sweetness to it at all. It just taste like nothing with whip cream. I told the barista and she just looked at me like I was crazy.Anyways, I was petty so I drove to another Starbucks and ordered a second mocha frappe. It tasted as I expected. I had three other people taste test to make sure I was crazy and they all agreed. The first one had no taste.I hope someone reads this and laughs, I also hope the baristas read this and fix their damn mocha Frappuccinos.

I love getting the many forms of caramel offerings especially the frappuccino and Caramel Ribbon crunch. The servers at every location I've been too have been nice and served everything in quick manners! Overall Starbucks is a great place for a good (though a little price but worth it) coffee!Vegetarian options: Most of the foods don't use meat so you have plenty of snack options for vegetarians!

This is genuinely the best Starbucks I've been to, no matter if I walk in or go through the drive through, the staff is always so nice, kind, and laid back. The drink and food quality is always good and they always try to accommodate my order even if they're out of certain ingredients while other locations will just tell me they're out and ask I pick another drink. The decor on the inside gives a relaxed atmosphere and even a sense of wonder, it's a relaxing environment to work in and a great place to go to destress, overall I highly recommend this location!
