Kaliua refused to give me the name of the barista is who was incredibly rude to me while trying to order my drink. Barista had a racially biased undertone. I asked for the manager info and they only gave me districts info DONT GO HERE go to the one in Kennesaw Marketplace

I get the same thing every time, but this Starbucks managed to get it wrong. They got my drink out seconds after I paid, and it wasn’t good. They must’ve misheard my order, or were careless when making it.

The drive thru was speedy and efficient. I always get the same drink but they made it so much better this time. And at the window they were super nice and respectful. I have recently gone to Starbucks where they are making weird voices through the speaker or acting foolish so seeing people who actually respect their jobs and customers is refreshing.

this has become my usual starbucks and everyone here is always super friendly, fast, positive and all smiles. it is so appreciated. plus, they've been consistently writing on my cups and while it seems like a small thing, it always makes my day when i see a message! i cannooot recommend this store enough. thank you to the baristas, ssvs and store manager of this store!! <3
