I come here pretty regularly to do home work and I usually don’t have a problem, however, today I unfortunately did. Me and some friends sat at a table and all did mobile orders. They all got their drinks before me. I sat and waited for about 20 minutes before I got up and politely asked the barista at the bar about my order. He said, “I’ll make that right now.” Another 6 or 7 minutes go by and he’s making drinks for people that came in after me. So I walk up to the front counter and told the woman at the register about my issue. She was very apologetic and the guy at the bar rudely said, “here’s your drink,” and sat it on the counter and walked away from me. I looked at it and knew it was made incorrectly, since I always get this drink but this time it looked different. I even re read the stick to make sure it wasn’t my mistake. I stood and waited for him to notice me waiting on him but he ignored me. I sat down with my drink just going to drink it anyway to avoid being an inconvenience. The woman at the counter came to my table since she saw me waiting and offered to have it remade and came back with my correct drink and a gift card for my trouble. I’m happy the issue was resolved and she was very sweet about it, I was just shocked by the other barista’s rude behavior and the absurd wait, when I usually never have an issue.

The manager is disrespectful, she called police on me that I had sat on the chair and my shoes were off, she stood there to tell me to wear my shoes, so I was banned from going to that Starbucks. Is this hate or discrimination.......Beware witchcraft going on in there.
