This is what it feels like being black in public. This guy would not stop staring at me.. he had no idea I was recording him. I hand my hand in my hand facing the opposite way (I was in Starbucks for 8 mins and I have the entire video of him just staring at me for no reason) I never felt so uncomfortable a day in my life. One day there will be a day where all race will respect black people and our space!

Gross. I ordered a hot Matcha, and when I took a sip of it, it was full of terrible bitter clumps of Matcha. I walked up to the counter, spitting hard match balls out of my mouth, and the guy looks at me and goes: Oh the matcha clumped on you, well, guess I can re-make it if you want me too. It was obvious he didn’t want to remake it bc he wouldn’t look me in the eye, so instead of having him mess with my re-made drink, I just threw the $6 trash drink in the trash. What and odd environment here. All the guys are more concerned with flirting with each other than serving the customers. They have hardly spoken to any customer and it’s full, but the whole time they are all flirting with each other. Strange vibe, I will not be back. As a woman, this was a very uncomfortable situation, they wouldn’t look me in my eyes, and made a terrible matcha.

I stopped at this location while traveling with my dog and was met with a truly appalling and disappointing experience. After paying for my coffee, I was told I had to leave the premises with my dog—even though I was simply waiting for my order to-go. When I went to pick up my drink, the barista added five pumps of mystery syrup without asking or confirming if that was okay— despite me never requesting sweetener.
If I had a health condition like diabetes, this could have been extremely dangerous. Altering someone’s drink as a form of retaliation or assumption from a simple misunderstanding is not only unprofessional—it’s astoundingly unsafe. I expected better from this location, and Starbucks as a whole— especially as a frequent traveler and Local Guide. I wish I got the employee’s name cause I would have posted it with no shame. For management- she was the girl working the cold bar on 3/22 at 2:45/3pm.
Dietary restrictions: Nothing gluten free here or “healthy” for that matter either. Beware if you’re diabetic and/or have a service or support dog.

I order my food and drink off the app and when it was time to get my order I only had my drink the younger woman ask me can she help me I told her I didn’t get my food she saw my order and ask the order women she try to tell me I didn’t order food and the younger women told her I did it was on the computer she made the food but the order women was mad she had to make it do better

Very racist .. if you’re a poc I don’t recommend. Will skip over you just to get to the white people.. the store manager ignored me when I asked her a question. I waited for the store to open (regular hours) . She locked the door until a white woman walked up. Just blatant racism . Terrible store .

They’re never very friendly at this location. It’s very much just order takers. I replied nicely to the person ringing me up recently, yes ma’am thank you. She huffed loudly, rudely. Apparently, she didn’t like me saying, thank you ma’am. Showing kindness and thanks, got me in huge trouble with this person. She was mad with me thanking her, imagine that.
