They’re never very friendly at this location. It’s very much just order takers. I replied nicely to the person ringing me up recently, yes ma’am thank you. She huffed loudly, rudely. Apparently, she didn’t like me saying, thank you ma’am. Showing kindness and thanks, got me in huge trouble with this person. She was mad with me thanking her, imagine that.

im begging for you to adjust the estimated wait times if its not going to be ready when the mobile app specifies. placed an order at 10:40, said it would be ready at 10:50. i had to be at work by 11 but since it's right next door it's not an issue. got there at 10:53, and the drink was still not ready. i waited and waited until past 11, and it was finally ready at 11:10 but only because i asked the barista about the status of my order. a 20 minute way after the estimated time is kinda ridiculous. but the drink was delicious and the barista who looks like jack antonoff is king

I had a very pleasant experience here. I confess I don't go to Starbucks very often. So when I came in, I wasn't sure of my options, where things were, etc. Ash, the worker, was patient and explained everything to me. She nailed my Grilled cheese perfect, and was patient as I fumbled about with my gift card. It's a compact space inside. There is considerably more seating outside. It's under a roof (the Starbucks is the corner venue in a long strip mall).I enjoyed my visit here. Kudos to them.

I am not a favorite of "seasonal" coffees because they have too much sugar for me but Starbucks has my back. Whether a café latte with unsweetened almond milk or two espresso shoots with heavy whipping cream, they got it.
