This is my absolute favorite Starbucks location. The baristas are like pro bartenders that always have the answers and the ambiance is perfect for sitting for hours, getting work done. Just wish the cold brew was stronger but I drink the concentrate straight so that probably cant be helped š

I come here all the time with friends, family and even solo. It is a beautiful space. The amount of natural light this spot lets in makes it such a nice space to be in and work out of. Employees are friendly. Orders are always accurate. I like this location a lott

Itās sad that you come spend your money at an establishment weekly and they canāt be bothered to provide you change for a bill AFTER spending your money but instead have the employee lie about not being able to open the register š ANYONE who has ever worked a register knows better! You really should do better!

Waited about 10 mins through mobile pickup, the food is great the service is good, and the atmosphere is just vibes, would recommend to anyone that comes to visit

I usually come to the Starbucks because itās on my way to work in close to where I live. Drinks are always hit or miss but the service is usually good but this morning when I ordered off the app, I didnāt realize I ordered a grande and when I mentioned that I was met with attitude, rolling eyes and half even after I said it was my mistake and it didnāt need to be changed. I had another drink with my order that I was not given, and when I asked about it I got āwell what was it then!?ā With more eye rolling and an aspirated tone. The guy at the window was kind and understanding and offered a solution but the Barista making me drink was rude to him and I during this. I get thereās a rush but mistakes happen donāt take it out on the customer.

Hit or miss location drinks never made right staff is rude with the exception of Kim. Ask for my ice coffee to be stirred coffee and they give me a stir stick. I spend $8+ on my drink and never get what I pay for.

Starbucks is always great with customer service. Never experienced bad service in any of the several states and cities I've visited. Great service, great coffee and refreshers always clean šš¼

Dany is just amazing. She is very sweet and the way she treats the customers is unique and super professional. The store is very clean and the ambiance is great. Definitely one of the best Starbucks in town. Ask for Dany, she'll take good care of you.

Coffe is great customer service great however really need a new design for cups the coffee always bleed through and the lid never shuts tite therefore coffee is all over my jag please Starbucks improve on your lids and cups

I usually really like this location, but todayās experience was frustrating. I came through the drive-thru to get a drink remade that I originally got from another Starbucksā30 minutes awayāand the barista gave me a bit of a hard time, saying Iād need to go back to the original store to have it fixed.
I used to work at Starbucks for three years, and I know that any corporate location can remake a drink, especially when itās just one item. I even mentioned that customer service confirmed this and that itās part of the Barista Promise.
He wasnāt rude, but instead of just remaking the drink, he hesitated and made it feel like I was asking for too much. And to make matters worse, the drink I did get was terribleāthe espresso tasted awful, genuinely like poo.
Iām disappointed. I expect better consistency and customer care from Starbucks. Hoping this can be improved going forward.
