For a Starbucks and paying 17 bucks for 2 coffees and a wrap, it should have felt more inviting. Had to ask for a coffee cup insulation wrap as was not provided with hot coffee. Just felt subpar, wish I could get the tip I left back. Better yet don't ask people to pre tip.

Although I've had to wait well over the time to the app order said it's some of the nicest people.
Waited 45 minutes to find out my drink was made wrong. Once I said something about it the barista went and checked the drinks set out to pick up she looked and noticed it was wrong as well. She immediately had the coffee remade, literally took them less than a minute. Honestly the staff was taking care of the drive thru more than the people in the lobby.
