Food was great and came fast, but the restaurant itself is filthy. The floors were super sticky and the tables were dirty.

The most disgusting restaurant I have ever been in. Touch screens with dried ketchup all over them and sticky tables covered in crumbs. Ordered a grilled cheese and they still managed to mess it up.

Garlic burger is usually a good thing, today I nearly gagged on salt,and more salt… 5pm shift you are ruining a good thing. It was horrible and now I feel sick…

Broken urinal in the men’s bathroom. The pop machine had no soda and was very watery. Music on the radio was too loud, and the radio station was static.Notified the manager of pop issues it was not taken care of. Will not return. Have had much better experiences at other locations.

The atmosphere and everything else in there was absolutely awful. All you have is kiosk and a few people in the back that don't even recognize the people standing at the counter. When you got a scan a code to get a Coke that you about I think we've taken this way way way way way too far I will never be back

The soda machine for Dr Pib was down. I ordered a milk shake then was given a half full cup of milkshake with no cup which I sent back. Then my fries were cold and I specifically asked for a burger with no pickles or onions….drum roll… my burger was packed with both pickles and onions. I was sent to the stop sign to remake it my meal..let’s see.

and…. fries still came out cold. I’m done here

My first time tasting this food from here and idk how the native people from here eat this food of this place, literally just the shakes worth it (barely) the food taste with no flavor, like plastic I mean we know that the most junk food is like that but especially this one is disgusting for me that was my first time was a bad experience, like I said just the shakes are good in this place. I gave a second opportunity weeks later and was the same, super disappointed from this place

They have very good shakes and good burgers but the place smells awful. Also one employee was rude to me when I was just asking questions.
