Garlic burger is usually a good thing, today I nearly gagged on salt,and more salt… 5pm shift you are ruining a good thing. It was horrible and now I feel sick…

Broken urinal in the men’s bathroom. The pop machine had no soda and was very watery. Music on the radio was too loud, and the radio station was static.Notified the manager of pop issues it was not taken care of. Will not return. Have had much better experiences at other locations.

The atmosphere and everything else in there was absolutely awful. All you have is kiosk and a few people in the back that don't even recognize the people standing at the counter. When you got a scan a code to get a Coke that you about I think we've taken this way way way way way too far I will never be back

The soda machine for Dr Pib was down. I ordered a milk shake then was given a half full cup of milkshake with no cup which I sent back. Then my fries were cold and I specifically asked for a burger with no pickles or onions….drum roll… my burger was packed with both pickles and onions. I was sent to the stop sign to remake it my meal..let’s see.

and…. fries still came out cold. I’m done here

My first time tasting this food from here and idk how the native people from here eat this food of this place, literally just the shakes worth it (barely) the food taste with no flavor, like plastic I mean we know that the most junk food is like that but especially this one is disgusting for me that was my first time was a bad experience, like I said just the shakes are good in this place. I gave a second opportunity weeks later and was the same, super disappointed from this place

They have very good shakes and good burgers but the place smells awful. Also one employee was rude to me when I was just asking questions.

I live nearby, there is hardly ever a line for the drive-thru or inside as they have multiple self-service screens to submit order, actually that's the only way to place an order inside, with one of the machine accepting cash only. However, what I don't understand is how if the place doesn't look to be busy, they take 15 minutes or more to make a shake. Every time I go for a shake it takes them forever to get it done. I guess is not a priority. I don't know.

Used to be a good place to eat until it got all teched up. All "do it yourself" out front. Pretty soon they'll ask you to come in the back and cook your own burger.

Actual food results didn't go any better. Burger went to the delivery counter, but got cold because no one called the number out. They did make me a new one quickly.

Unsanitary. A person with 3 inch long nails should not ever be touching food as they cannot wash their hands. Will never visit any location again after having this experience on my first try.

The chocolate shake does not even taste like. It's chocolate. It just tastes like colored chocolate, vanilla, flavored sugar ice cream. It's horrible, did not like it at

Changes have been made to the service model here.
Kiosks for ordering and payment.
No one at the registers or to answer questions.
You scan your receipt in order to start the flow at the fountain drink station, and it's barely marked as such.
Overall, it was a very dissatisfying experience.
And sadly, the burger wasn't very good.
There is also a menu change with fewer burger options. Perhaps this is associated with the new self-service ordering system.
