Cleanest Subway I’ve ever seen!! 😍

I am very proud of this Subways upgrades! The building itself has went through major renovations and is very clean! Ej has been my Sandwich artist the last few times. He has been AMAZING! Very attentive and a sweet person. Also the sandwich has been tasting soooo good! Go EJ &

Ordered the spicy nacho steak sandwich. The portioning was very stingy, with so little meat that I couldn't taste it. The staff had to go back into the kitchen and root around for the cheese for a good 2 minutes or so. I don't know if this is happening at other Subways or just this location, but this was a disappointing visit. I'll be going to Publix Deli for my sub sandwich needs until there's improvement.

I went to subway at 8 when it normally closes at 10 the lady that made our sandwiches was throwing around everything giving attitude 24/7 she didn’t even get our orders right. She had a red curly Afro with glasses. Terrible service on her part. I am a regular at subway and the atmosphere is always amazing, first time seeing her, awful experience. We were very respectful and understanding and also gave a 10% tip because we felt bad that they closed early, that was not on the website, or on the doors. But she rolled her eyes at us the second we walked in.

I have been to this location a couple times and have always had a good experience. Couple of days ago, I was in the area and decided to stop for lunch. A special call out for the young man, on his 3rd day working and I happen to be his first sub customer. I could tell he was a bit nervous preparing his first sub, but was excited to work, excited to see customers and eager to learn the process. I have to say that the sub was as great as the young man’s attitude! Job well done!

I have been to this location a few times but todays interaction can not go without recognition. There was a young man, on his 4th day working, that made my meal and his personality alone made me want to write this review. He was excited to work, excited to see customers and eager to learn the process. I was blown away by how he smiled the entire time he was working. For his 4th day at work he was amazing! Job well done. I haven’t even tasted my sandwich because I walked out the door, sat in my car and immediately made this review.

Horrible, careless workers. I placed an order for 2 subs through Uber Eats and when the driver got there, they told her they were out of the meat for 1 of the subs I ordered, and when she gave them my alternative option, they told her they were closed for the night and had put everything away. I used to work at subway…. There is no way they could not have made another sub unless they were completely out of stock. It takes zero effort to go to the back and get the food to make ONE sub. Instead of caring about customer satisfaction they decided to be careless and lazy and give me 1/2 of an order. It also would have been good service if they had called Uber Eats when they realized they didn’t have the ingredients for my sub BEFORE they put everything up for the night, since it’s such an issue to make a sub after putting everything away. I am VERY dissatisfied with their service!!!!!!

My first visit was so good. I had Smoked beef garlic aioli as my dinner, love they packed my sandwhich, wrapped and make it warm, my toasted cheese bread was so yummy.

This is my goto Subway store. just be very specific when ordering thru app. they tend to overdo the condiments. If you want regular mustard or other, ask for light. i guess they like being generous on them.
