Hi, I visited Subway in the evening and ordered three sandwiches. The employee did not prepare them properly. He didn’t even fold the sandwich correctly. There was sauce all over the paper, and his attitude was very rude.
He was only using one hand to make the sandwich, throwing the vegetables and other ingredients carelessly. It felt like he didn’t care at all about the food or the customer. I am paying for my food — I’m not asking for anything free — so I felt very insulted by how I was treated.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The worker was unfriendly, did not greet or interact with us, and came across as rude. We ordered three sandwiches, and none of them were made properly. He didn’t fold the sandwiches before wrapping them, which caused all the sauce to soak into the paper, leaving almost nothing on the actual sandwich. The cold, dismissive attitude and lack of care in making the food made the whole visit unpleasant. I will not be returning.

I am very upset because I just ordered a foot-long through Uber eats and it was a A veggie patty. They put the toppings on my sandwich, but not the veggie Patty. I am calling them and now they are not answering the phone!

The toaster is broken and I placed a mobile order. Took 30 minutes for two sandwiches
And there was only one person working on a Saturday.

Seems to be mismanaged, would try a different location

I refuse to spend my money in a restaurant that would not allow me to use the restroom and wash my hands before I order. I hate places like this. Dianna was engaged in private conversation when I walked in, but found time to tell me that I couldn’t use the restroom. The hell with this place

Ordered sandwiches from here and I guess the worker assumed we all wanted the same bread so he completely made my sandwich incorrect and because of the type of bread that was used I am now not able to eat my sandwich and out that money. This is NOT the first time this has happened either. Not to mention the guy threw the bag of food at my husband AND didnt give us half of my sons food. Jjst ridiculous. I just need to find a different subway at this point. About to dispute the charges with my bank at this point.

Subway really needs to fix their business strategy! Stop wasting people's time by sending coupons in the mail and all the franchises to reject them! Waste of time driving to a store just because you have a coupon to be told they don't take coupons. Absolutely ridiculous!

HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE WORST SUBWAYS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! This location is “out” of many ingredients, the vegetables are soggy and not fresh, and to top it all off the workers are lazy and act like they don’t want to work. If you are in the mood for subway, i advise you to visit the location in the Walmart nearby or the location on Canton rd.

2x I have placed online orders from this location and not only are they usually wrong the food is gross. Vegetables are not fresh AT all they are very wilted and soggy. They can't follow simple instructions on what you want either. Just a huge waste of money. Gave them a second chance and they screwed it up.

Omg. I walked in and it was not clean. When I get to the front the lady was on a phone call so when she started making my sandwich she was talking on the phone (she did not hang up) which made me having to keep repeating myself because she wasn’t listening. That wasn’t even the worse part. The ingredients we so old. Salami was cracking and turning a different color. The cheese was almost slimy. The veggies looked old as well. The containers they were in looked worse. I felt dirty in there.

One of the worst Subway locations. On two different occasions, missing bread types , missing meat selections, and no sweet tea unsweetened tea available. ?

Only three tables and not cleaned off for next guests...
