When asking an employee when the tuna fish was made, they should be able answer instead of saying I don't know... I have been sick before from Tuna fish that was made a few days prior, so I always ask now. The young lady did take the initiative as opposed to the young man to check. Also, not being able to see the meats to choose from is a concern.

After 6 months without coming here due to the terrible service and horrible place, I decided to go back once again, and to my surprise, it's still the same, terrible service and even worse place, soda machines don't work and the place is dirty.

when you go in, it feels like hidden gem Sandwich shop ? my favorite spot to go in Kennesaw.
The number six meatball BOSS taste better here than anywhere else. I try them all. This subway is the best.

I went then to get a sandwich to go and half of the items were packed up as they were planning to close early. The gentleman who took my order could not hear very well. it was a struggle to order and I had to repeat some things three times. As I was placing my order the place began to fill up with customers and the people working there. Just wanted to pack up and go home.

Stale bread on my American Club, no bacon, way too much lettuce. Way more than what the usual amount of lettuce! Will not be back. We pay entirely too much money for food these days and for it to come out bad just adds insult to injury.

I've always came to this location, and the Spanish woman is absolutely wonderful.. she always puts a smile on your face and makes you feel special! I can also tell with the new management the atmosphere and vibe has increased in a more positive way.We previously met the new owner about a month ago and I loved that he wanted to know our name and introduced himself, as he was working the line. The hospitality was there. GREAT JOB YALL!!
Normally, I would order the Italian sub for myself, but I started ordering for me and my guinea pig. My guinea pig loves the veggie salad and I will continue to get from this subway because this is the freshest salad that my guinea pig has. I’m picky when it comes to my sandwiches and he’s picky when it comes to his food this subway is a 10/10 I will continue to order from here

This staff will only fix your sandwich correctly if you’re standing in front of them. Don’t trust them to do the right thing if you order though Uber Eats. To add insult to injury, this location doesn’t have a working telephone…in 2024…they don’t wish to hear about their failures I suppose.
