Customer service is NOT "top-notched", the business seems they do not want you inside their establishment. I gave this place a chance because Art Bagel's in Acworth was closed. Unfortuantley, due to this experience it will be the Last time I eat at Sunny's Bagels.As for the food it was overpriced, not the best. I am from Boca Raton, FL and NYC; no comparison to the Bagel shops in those locationsRecommendation: Hire employees that are customer eccentric and focused.

So I'm from New England and I'm always looking for a good bagel place. I found these guys online and decided to go. Little did I know they also make Venezuelan food! So I got the best bagels AND an amazing empanada! You gotta try the shredded beef. The side of avocado cilantro sauce is fantastic with it. I'll be going out of my way to go here again!Dietary restrictions: No dairy in the empanadas!

I ordered and sandwich with rice and beans and a Gatorade and it came out to 28 dollars. The sandwich was pretty good but they definitely overcharged for some of the toppings ( 1.24 for lettuce), and the rice and beans weren't good enough to warrant being 6 dollars. The food was good but the price were too steep for me to come

Went there by 2:300pm today. It suppose to close at 3:00pm. Employee was out side putting something inside the car when I got out to go inside he said sorry guys we’re closed. That broke my heart, I drove from Dallas paulding county cause I love the bagel with an egg added to it and the hash brown, with a hot chocolate added to the order wasn’t able to get it drove all the way there! Very disappointed. Next time update your time on the website.

I've been to this place several times and it never disappoints. Reminds me a little of a NY diner with variety of food and a diverse menu. I haven't had a bad menu item or experience yet. I highly recommend this
I loved the coffee at this place. I don't know what was in it, but it was amazing.I also had the bagel with lox, it was solid.The staff wasn't so nice. Not sure if the older gentleman at the counter was having a bad day.

I came here for the first time, I saw the reviews and figured id try it. Hispanic older male that took my order was extremely rude. He rushed me, looked irritated and was annoyed the whole time I was ordering. I watched him take other orders while I waited for my order and he never smiled or answered anyone asking him “How are you?” Extremely rude.
