Super Chix - Kennesaw

The food is delicious & the signature sauce is delicious! Great staff. There was one girl that seemed like she had an attitude. A delivery person, I guess door dash came in to pick an order and she was rolling her eyes. There was another guy who took my order and he was so helpful with helping know what to order especially since it was my 1st time. I enjoyed my food and will return if I'm in the area.

I Got the food delivered for a large group and typically it is fine however, this time it was brought to my attention that there were dead flies in the avocado in the salad. Being one of the people that ate the salad I am highly upset and sick to my stomach. This encounter was very upsetting especially since this is a food establishment and there are pests in the food. UNACCECTABLE.

Chicken and Fries.
Have eaten at this location a handful of times now. The food and service were consistent each time. Chicken that was well cooked and fries that are delicious for everyone.
Multiple sauces are available to make it to your taste.

I had a deluxe chicken sandwich
It was absolutely worth it
The chicken was chrisp and juicy
The Pickles, tomatoes and lettuce was so fresh I genuinely could not belive it
I had to take my sandwich appart to look at the beauty 😂🤤
I think they had Mayo or some sauce in there too and it was amazing

I also got the rosemary fries
I think they were pretty great too
Nice and chrisp on the outside while still staying soft inside even after a little while. They give you a very generous amount of fries to beware 🤣 (check photo yo understand)

I got 2 dips from the sauce bar
Buttermilk ranch- very nice and creamy, would absolutely rate within my top 5 ranches I have ever had
And
Special- very close to chick-fil-a sause but a little more tangy!

Service- 12/10
The lady greated every guest, check in on tables, and seemed so happy to be there
I ordered with no drink and she went out of her way to insist I had a water cup which was very sweet
She was walking the floor talking with guests and making sure the restaurant was spotless
Shout out to her (I wish I knew her name!)

Overall rating- New Favorite Spot!
I will absolutely be coming back here

Beware of the gnats!! Not kidding, they have a serious gnat problem by their sauce bar in the back. A few of them wouldn't be a big deal but they legit were landing on all of the nozzles for each sauce and as you will see, I found a few dead ones in my honey mustard dipping sauce! Even saw an employee wiping down that counter and was swatting them away from her face they were so bad. Word to the wise.....maybe don't place a trash can right next to the sauce bar.

Other than that, chicken tenders were good but not great. Fries had so much salt on them that I couldn't even finish them.

I extremely enjoyed the service, especially the grilled Chicken Cordon-Blu sandwich, it was it large portion, and speaking of large portions, the fries are large enough to share and they are delicious!! Speaking of delicious, we took 2 pints on frozen concrete home for later, it was so creamy and wonderful! I will be going back again and again. Also, environment was clean, great, enjoyed the music! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

This restaurant has good food and they use good ingredients. I really enjoyed my Asian salad and my mom enjoyed her chicken tenders. We sat at the tables outside because we had our dogs. Service was very good.

Went to Super Chix today and had the Bacavo Ranch sandwich, it was amazing! So fresh and flavorful. The restaurant was clean, and the service was excellent. The manager, Angel, was very kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely recommend this location if you’re in Kennesaw!

I’ve been to the Kennesaw location 4 times now & brought 4 different people. The food is EXCELLENT, as is the service; but the music is so loud you can’t even have a conversation with the people at your table. The last time I went we sat outside & it was great. Everyone we’ve taken there has had the same complaint about the music. So PLEASE turn it down.
