This is my go-to place for wings and fried rice. I tried calling twice to place an order recently but no one answered. I went there to place my order and wait only to find out they were closed. It was around 6PM on a Sunday.

So I generally don’t leave reviews unless I feel that it’s really necessary so I’m going to leave one. This restaurant don’t get me wrong has really good food and my Family really likes it as well but, when you spend $40 and you get one honey mustard with four chicken fingers and then you ask can I get one more extra please and then get told that it cost $0.85 extra that’s ridiculous. I myself own my own business and I understand there is a cost for everything but to keep the customer happy I think you can give them at least one more honey mustard without charging them almost another dollar after spending 40. To keep my personal customers happy and keep them coming back for more….. giving up the $.85 is worth their repeat business, but some companies have to learn the hard way.

I ordered the house fried rice and egg rolls, they were delicious. The food was fresh, and full of flavor. I'm a sauce girl, so I'd usually add soy to my rice, it was so good I didn't need it the soy sauce. Highly recommend.

We go here often. This place is quite quant and not quite what you might think do to the restaurant size, it is some what of a hidden gem. The service is always very friendly and makes accommodations when we wanted a 30pc combo with 4 flavors they made it! But even though they charged extra for sauce they told us that! There cooks always look cheerful and that's I feel after a meal here!

American Deli Who? Susie's is the bomb. Lemon pepper wings/veg.fried rice can't be touched. My favorite. love this place Try it, they won't disappoint. Cashier is my favorite.

Overall food is okay for a Deli shop. If you would like to tip the staff, do it with cash. The owner keeps all the online/ card tips.

This place has so many issues. They do not put a liner in the styrofoam container before adding hot items like wings and fries. I tried to explain to owners that this is dangerous and the chemicals from melted styrofoam will leach into the food (cancer causing), but they did not understand a word I said because they are Chinese and do not speak English. I’ve ordered a wings a couple of times and always have to tell them to line the container. Some states don’t even allow styrofoam anymore. I tried the steak and chicken hibachi out of curiosity today and it was 3 pieces each. The rest was cabbage and rice. Extra sauce, whether yum yum for hibachi or ranch for wings is a RIDICULOUS markup. I will not be returning and don’t see this business lasting more than another 5 months.

Burger is decent, fries came with the larger ones still cold on the inside. 85 cents upcharge on a tiny 1 ounce serving of ranch. I get that it’s a business but I just spent 13 dollars plus tip on a hamburger and frozen fries. First and last time visiting.
We ordered the fried shrimp w/fries and the chicken tenders w/fries.The chicken was chicken parts in a frozen Patty that were fried. The shrimp were also frozen and fried. The fries were good. They didn’t have unsweet tea. I am sure the wings would be better but I won’t go back for the price of frozen fried food. Staff were pleasant.Parking: Large parking lot

The worst customer service, the manager wouldn’t even talk to me. The Spring Rolls were freezer burnt, gooey in the middle, cold dipped in grease and given to me cold. I had to drive all the back to the restaurant with no apologies. Usually the wings are very salty. I’ve been there several times and said I wouldn’t go back, tried to give them a chance but I will NEVER go back and told my family and friends. Please go to American Deli on Jiles Road.

This is my go to wing place now. The crinkle fries are always fresh but the fried rice is the standout side here. I have also tried the philly which was also really good. I plan on trying the whole menu but after I get through all the wing flavors. Right now my favorite is hot lemon pepper. The prices are fair but what keeps me coming back is the staff. The cashier always opens your box to make sure your order is correct and acceptable. Kitchen staff are friendly and move quick as well. So make sure you check this place out.Edit: Took a star off because the two guys cooking in the back don't pay attention. They often times leave dips out of the box. Last time they made the fried rice it was not as flavorful. Also the quality of the experience is based on which cashier you get. They are still quick here just not as consistent as when they first opened.Parking: Plenty of parking but the lot can get busy since there are lots of businesses in the same lot
