their portions for my food were not the correct size, or weight compared to the nutritional information and other taco bell locations yet they still charge full price to take advantage of the college students living close by
Food was great, restaurant was very clean but for some odd reason our bag had been stepped on and yet still put to use. Weird. Throw it away next time.

Food quality of this location is pretty good but this location is so slow. Waited over 45 minutes in drive thru for a online pick up order.

Tried to run through the drive thru, but it was AI run and couldn't get our order correct. Went inside to order, and the guy behind the counter couldn't even do his job. He direct me to the kiosk to order my food. He stayed on his cell phone the whole time with it on speakerphone. It took them forever to get our food out. Just overall not impressed with this specific taco bell and I will never be back.

Being a general manager from another franchise… that really didn’t sit to well with me .. the general manager should definitely supervise night time crew to insure no matter how short staff you are customers are the ones who make sure that the business makes profit… can’t do that when your night team is destroying the standards

Didn’t cut my quesadilla & put sour cream on my burrito . I got two iteams and they messed both up. It was at 12am on a Monday I was the only customer so it wasn’t bc they were busy just didn’t care. Wasted nearly 20 $.
I ordered 3 Doritos locos tacos on Sunday Feb 2. The tacos were very well seasoned and the Doritos shell complemented the sour cream kindly. Wouldve been a great night. But the days that followed were the most painful of my 19 years on this planet. Gallons of involuntary vomit spewed out of my mouth as bombs of diarrhea spewed out of my canon. Agonizing pain in the abdomen made me wish death upon myself, but never this fate amongst even my worst enemies. These tacos may have taken 3 years off my life. Therefore unless you are the CEO of United Healthcare, DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

They have a lot of employees but they are hiding! They don’t care their customers. They are really mean, rude and slow.
Poorly run store. Staff ignored us standing at the counter for several minutes to say we never got a receipt. Then when we eventually got our food we were missing 2 items. Very unfriendly towards us and we were respectful to them. All Taco Bell’s have gone downhill to only focus on mobile orders and drive thru. Sad.

Never ever order food for online pick up. I ordered my family's meal at 3:46pm to be ready at 5:15-5:30pm. I went to pick up the food. Literally, they said that since I wasn't there in a specific time (6pm), that I had to pay for the food, and then I'd be refunded the money in 7 to 8 days. After I paid for two meals again, I finally found the email so they could see the time I ordered my mask and the pick up time. The clerk asked for her manager to come speak with me. She looked up my order, which I could tell they never opened (the order was in bold darker font then all the other orders), and she again said I ordered my food at 3:56pm, so my order was void. I had to point out that I ordered at that time but my pick up time was way after 5pm. UGh! They finally refunded the money I spent, and then they filed the rest of the order I paid for online. BTW, I had to repeatedlyask then to make the drinks I paid for several times. They ignored me so but once the manager realized I was correct and they were at fault... Ugh!. I'm not mad at the cashier. I'm made at management at Taco Bell in general. They never opened my order, they tried to make me pay for something I already paid for, and then acted like I was a terrible person. I'm mindful and never mean. It was just terrible! If rather stick a hot pocket in my eye that deal with them or deal with Taco Bell online ordering again. That's saying a lot!
