Well, I USED to have this rated at 4 stars but changing to 1 after tonight. Went through drive-through and paid the extra money for a SUPREME party box. Get home and try to get our two small kids settled so we didn't notice until about an hour and a half later when we finally could eat that the entire meal was messed up and wrong. 6 of the tacos were not supreme, and the other 6 that were actually made supreme were thrown together SO messily that when you opened the wrapper, it just plopped out... it was VERY disappointing, honestly, as we paid the higher price for the supreme but got handed wrong tacos and a thrown together mess. Now my husband has to go BACK up there at 1030 at night because they wouldn't answer the phone the 3x i called to either refund the money for the non supreme tacos or offer to make it correctly. At this point, I have reached out to corporate because 1. that's bad customer service. I don't care where you work, you answer the phone. 2. I have HAD it with this Taco Bell messing up my orders, half @$$ wrapping the tacos, so they just fall apart into the bags half the time which is freaking ridiculous, never correct, usually they are cold (is there such thing at hot taco bell at?) Like that whole restaurant and staff need a COMPLETE remodel and reinstruction because lazy teenagers produces poor work quality and output and clearly they company, managers or owners don't care. And for the fact, i usually spend up to 30-45$ each time, maybe more. I'd like my damn food to be correct.
Horrible experience. Will never go back again. Took over an HOUR. Employees lied and said they gave my order to someone, then ended up admitting they lied and gave me my order. Despite me being very nice they were extremely rude the entire time, while my child was with me. I'm not one to give bad reviews, have always given 5 stars but hope my experience can prevent someone else from suffering.

I've been to this Taco Bell many times before and it's always been a good experience. This time, not so much. I made a mobile app order for pickup, they put next to the drive through instead of the pickup shelf where it was supposed to go, and by the time I was acknowledged at the counter, my food had gone cold. When I asked them to remake my order, they obliged, but not without a lot of pissing and moaning from one particular staff member who just could not accept that they had made a mistake, put my order in the wrong place, and had to remake it. A very passive aggressive individual with many unnecessary comments. Soured my mood.

I JUST HAVE TO SAY THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST TACO BELL IN THE KENNESAW AREA. MY ORDER IS ALWAYS CORRECT, FRESH, AND AMAZING. THE STAFF IS AWESOME BUT MS. TRACY IS THE A TRUE ROCK STAR. THE OTHER TACO BELLS AROUND SHOULD REALLY TAKE A PAGE OUT OF THIS LOCATIONS BOOK. WILL ONLY COME TO THIS TACO BELL GOING FOWARD!!
Top notch spot. Order correct. Josh is a fantastic employee. Consider yourself lucky to dine here if he's working. Tables wipes clean. ??? Always good service from a very friendly staff. Food always fresh and properly made.

Vegetarian options: I got the $2.99 BP nachos with black beans and said of the beef. The people at this location are nice and have top-notch customer service skills! I drove out of my way to come to this Taco Bell. I recommend coming here.
