This location was very disgusting and staff was not helpful. After ordering from the Kisok, we waited in the lobby. After awhile, we asked the employees what happened to our order. After some discussion, I noticed our order was given ti someone else because the staff couldn't find it. We waited 45 minutes on New Year's Eve. No doubt, they were busy in the drive-thru but not in the lobby. Orders should be prioritized. Restaurant scored a 95 but cleanness was not happening on this night. We are not coming back.

Manager did some slick move of taking an item off a popular combo but the combos picture still displays two tacos even when there’s now only one taco as an option. Just to make extra cash.

Loyal Customer Treated Like an Afterthought — Unacceptable Experience
My pregnant wife sat in your drive-thru for nearly 30 minutes waiting for an order I placed online in advance. This is not a one-off visit — I order from Taco Bell 4–5 times a week, and my purchase history proves that.
There is absolutely no excuse for making a pregnant customer wait that long without explanation, urgency, or courtesy. No apology. No transparency. No attempt to speed it up. Just silence and wasted time.
If Taco Bell no longer cares about repeat customers or basic human decency, then you’re doing a great job showing it.
I will not return after this experience. A company that treats loyal customers like this doesn’t deserve them.

We were looking at the menu board and were told we had to order on the kiosk. It asked how many salsa packets we wanted. We didn’t get any. The tacos tasted like they’d been there for an hour. No one looked like they wanted to be there.

The food was alright but the service was ATROCIOUS. The girl was incredibly rude to me, she acted like it was annoying for me to be there when i just wanted my crunchwrap supreme. I don’t know her name. She was probably 16-17, blonde hair (kinda needed to get her roots done), long lashes, a little country looking. PLEASE get her out of customer service asap!

I have never had such SLOW service. It’s like they don’t even do their job? It takes 15 min to get ONE taco. Insane. Nor do they care about the wait time. In addition once I got to the window, proceeded to give me attitude about the fact that I wanted sauce. Not only that, but after waiting that long they got my order wrong too

this is by far the worst taco bell i’ve ever been to. we sat in like for 45 minutes for 3 burritos!!! completely ridiculous and unacceptable for fast food items. the staff clearly don’t care that their drive thru is full and just disappear in the back to do who knows what. the food was lowkey cold too HORRIBLE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Most disrespectful employees I have ever come across. First was told that this 24 hour location would only be accepting DoorDash orders. I told them what would you like me to do there is almost 10 cars I cannot exit. They said wait, which had already been waiting and that it wasn’t their problem. Also proceeded to tell me I’m a liar about how many cars there were and be down right disrespectful. Time before that waited 20 mins from drive through to window and more for the food while two workers sat outside and smoked a blunt. Will never be back. Close rehire and start over management and workers.

10/27/2025 - 130 a.m. I came here this morning after working to get something to eat and the guy working the drive-thru was so nice. Haven't had a drive-thru experience with the guy so friendly in a long time I wish I knew his name but he was super nice thankful for him this morning. You can tell that he enjoys his job and it is not just a job to him and that should be valued y'all need to give this guy a raise thank your
