I paid $50 for tacos that were supposed to have extra everything, but I only received six tacos and a chicken burrito with barely any meat and hardly any toppings. When I went back to the drive-thru to show the staff, the lady couldn't believe her eyes. However, the manager refused to issue a refund and insisted on remaking the order. The manager even saw the order details on her screen but chose to ignore that we paid extra for decent tacos. It's clear that our order was disregarded entirely, and I want to make sure others are aware of this subpar service.

Drive through experience - Multiple items in our order was completely wrong. The workers (mainly teenagers) were joking around and somewhat forgetting about the drive through orders. All the tacos barely any meat and more lettuce. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location.

I get it, kids want to have fun, but when it impacts others, it should be looked into.

My fries were stale and taste like they sat under the light for days, plus they were thrown in the bag so they were all over the place. My mini crunch wrap was balled up. And the Mexican pizzas had slid to one side and leaking. It's like they got mad cause we ordered a lot of food.

The geniuses behind the counter make me come inside and get my mobile order, instead of handing it to me through the drive through when I’m in the mobile order line. Make that make sense. Food sucks but we all know that, the only reason people eat here is because it’s cheap and convenient. Not worth coming to this location.

This location used to be the best! The last 3 times I’ve came I had to go in after something was wrong with my order. This time I added extra chicken to nachos and black beans. Got home no extra chicken and like 5 black beans I go into the store and they make it over but the drink machine in front is always out! Yall hired too many kids who have zero work ethic!
Let me add that if you do have an issue with your food and you decide to go inside, you literally have to yell at somebody behind the counter because they see that the front of the restaurant is full of customers, but nobody is coming up to help them, even though they have this help yourself kiosk sometimes people just need to let y’all know that the drink machine is out or sometimes people have cash and they want to try to pay for their food. It’s like they literally are ignoring the people upfront and it’s not good for business

Restaurant is reasonably clean, especially given what fast food places look like nowadays, and the people were friendly enough. The time to get food at lunch is terrible. Ordered at 12:30pm and received food more than 20 minutes later. The order was also wrong.

This was my second visit to this store and will have to be the last.

Ordered online and sat behind another vehicle at the speaker for at least 20 minutes and never moved. The drive thru line kept moving. The vehicle behind me finally backed out and so did I. Went inside and grabbed my order, which by the time I got back to my office, it was cold.
