Consistently mess up drive through orders. Even checking the order at the window and telling them what they miss isn’t enough. Food is ok, but consistency with getting the order correct is terrible

These folks messed my order up. I didn't know until I drove. I drove back and they messed it up again. It was like I was speaking a foreign language. And they over charging for jalapeño peppers. Normally I would pay 40 cent but they charged me 80. They were more concerned with having a good time than getting my order right.

Sat in drive through for 40 minutes for 2 cars. Customer service was incredibly rude. Was yelling over intercom immediately when everyone pulled up. By the time I received my food the hard tacos were soft.

Is it me or should hard shell tacos not supposed to be soft as soon as I picked it up it crumbled could barely taste any meat and couldn't see any toppings at all there was a time when Taco Bell was at the top of the food chain now it's just another food chain

We were very pleased with this. Taco Bell. Many Taco bells that we go to only fill the cheese cup up with one squirt. I realized that this might not be that important. However, it is highly important to us. We order the nacho fries and nacho chips only to get one little squirt of cheese most of the time. This Taco Bell filled the cup up and our food was excellent. Being close to the interstate they were pretty busy but they kept up and were friendly and polite the entire time. Highly recommend this. Stop on 75. Follow us for more great reviews!™
Screwed up or didn't include every item in a $35 order. How are these people being hired? Online ordered. Your whole job is to read a sentence with 3 ingredients and make a taco. Please take some kindergarten reading classes.
