Super rude and unorganized management. How do you manage to hire a new server and make me fill out the new hire paperwork… then call me the day before my first day to tell me you went with a transfer instead ? Extremely unprofessional and this Taco Mac needs new management. It honestly was very disappointing and I will never be back to this location to eat either. Not nice and this is not how you treat people.

I dined in at Taco Mac this morning for lunch for the first time today and the experience was great! There’s so many TVs to watch any game and there’s PLENTY of different beer on draft to try. Kira was my server. She was so sweet and provided the best service. Will be back soon!

She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right. Service was quick without ever feeling rushed, and she checked in at the perfect times.

We are long time patrons of the this Taco Mac. Love the food but unfortunately this late time our order was missing an item so my boyfriend called the restaurant to notify them. Alex, the manager, was the one who we spoke to and he really displayed the best customer service! We truly appreciate him for being kind and wanting to do the best he could to fix the issue. He really went above and beyond! You could tell he really cares about his customers. We will be back!
