I love taco mac, but my last experience there was disappointing. My husband and I decided to make Taco Mac our cheat meal for the week and were really looking forward to it. We ordered the grilled chicken with rice and fries, chicken quesadillas, and 6 wings to share. When the meal arrived to the table, the grilled chicken was missing the rice, and it was odd because there was a space in between the chicken and the fries where the rice would usually be, but there was nothing on it. We asked the waitress and she said she would check on it and bring it, then she came back and said the rice would take a while and we could get something else if we wanted. We told her we were fine waiting for the rice, and would eat the wings in the meantime. My husband grabbed a wing and told me it was cold. I touched one and they were very cold, like they had been sitting out for a long time. We called the waitress again and told her the wings were cold, and she smiled and took them away to take care of it. When the wings finally came back, they were hot, but it was like they grabbed the smallest flats they could find and put them in the tray. 1 drum, 5 flats, all tiny. We didn't want to complain because at then end of the day, they were 6, but it felt like we were being punished for complaining about the original wings being cold. The part that bugged me is that we never got an "I'm sorry, I'll get the kitchen to make it right" or anything like that. IT wasn't a busy night either, so that's why it upset me. If it's a busy night, I understand having issues here and there and never complain about it, but this time it was not the case. We ended up eating the entrees and sides at separate times because we didn't want the rest of the stuff to get cold, and it was overall a disappointing experience. I hope this was an off night for the kitchen and the staff, but I wanted to post so that hopefully whoever manages this location can address the lack in service.

Alex Roberts &Brenna was AMAZZZINNGGGG! He was professional, courteous and made my day. We had just came from a horrible experience at Twin Peaks and it was my birthday and Alex made sure that my night ended well. I'll be back with my family next time!!
I went twice. The first time I ordered the steak tacos. They were great. I did run into a couple very chewy pieces of steak. The second night I ordered the steak quesadilla. Super greasy. Every bite I took I had to wipe my fingers. After half the quesadilla I gave up. The grease won. If you go get the tacos.

Our server, Emelia, was wonderful and took great care of us. She was super attentive to my dietary restrictions and even dealt with an upset customer with poise and strength. I will definitely be back and hoping to sit in Emelia's section.

Genuinely this is the worst taco Mac take out wise. they are lazy have purposely closed the kitchen early multiple times and have tried to get us to not order so they can leave early buts it’s so crazy because it’s 30 minutes till or 45 minutes till you close and the kitchen is closed ???? If you didn’t want to work tonight this late and do your job from the time it opens to close then you shouldn’t be doing take out this late! Dont tell me on the phone the kitchen close at 12:30 I call 7 mins before the time so 12:23….if I’m correct that’s before 12:30 sooo the kitchen should be open but you still say no ??? How is it closed ???? I’m just disappointed In this taco Mac service because I have gave chance after chance!

Place was awesome, and the food was great! The manager Alex was super cool and personable. I got the wings, and I really enjoyed them. Told the manager it was our first time there and he gave us the run down and welcomed us in. Super cool guy. Check this place out!

Kitchen at this location is hit or miss. Also didn't appreciate the up charge for an extra ranch that they never charge. It seems cheap and petty on a $60 tab to tack on an extra buck.
