Teriyaki Box (Kennesaw)

I have been to this location several times and every time has been fantastic. The service is great- the cashier is always super friendly to me and makes sure my order is right, despite me making substitutions. I typically get the grill box with shrimp and the teriyaki sauce is very tasty. The restaurant is clean and decently quiet. I always receive my food quickly and they make sure I have everything I need (utensils, sauces, etc). They also run promos so if you enter your phone number you can get rewards for the future (10% off, things like that). If you post a photo of your food on social media they will also give you a free milk tea ($5ish value?) and I love their dirty boba milk tea! It is boba shop quality. I love coming here and I try to stop whenever I’m in the area.

Food was very good, we ordered the Bento style lunch and everything tasted fresh. Small salad that came with the meal didn't look like anything special but man was that good, wife ate most of mine!! Also some type of sauce was provided on the side, was very watery and almost didn't even try it...would have been a HUGE mistake...was delicious on everything. This place was a pleasant surprise

I dont know how this place isnt packed wall to wall. The quality of the food is so great! A wonderful restaurant atmosphere and the staff is super friendly.
They offer sushi boxes, bento boxes, grill boxes as well as Chinese boxes. So many great options!
I ordered the rangoon dip and its excellent.
On top of that they offer boba tea.

Disappointing in food quality, lids were off drinks and spilled in the bag they were in. Fish was very watery. Appetizer were ok but number for price is disappointing. Cream sayce was very very thin and watery. The atmosphere is neat but capsule machines are empty.

Have been 3 times and was not able to get anyone to take my order all the 3 times. The staff behind the counter will make eye contact, but did not respond to me asking if I could place an order. 3 separate occasions shows they couldn't care less if they have your business, so they don't get mine.

I usually love ordering from Teriyaki Box, and it’s been my go-to spot for quite a while. The food is always tasty, and I’ve never had any issues—until now.

This time, though, I was really grossed out. I found a hair in my drink. It’s one thing to enjoy a meal, but finding a hair is just unacceptable. It made me question how clean everything really is there.

I really hope Teriyaki Box steps up their hygiene game because this was a huge letdown. I want to keep enjoying their food, but this incident has made me think twice.

Portions are great for the price! Boba & food are delightful! Friendly staff and cool atmosphere. I prefer the fried pot stickers to their egg rolls.

Took my dad for lunch during the week. Free parking in a lot. Not busy at all when we arrived. We order chicken teriyaki with drink and spring rolls. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. The prices were average. The tables were nicely spaced and they had enjoyable music playing. I would recommend.
