A beautiful and wonderful atmosphere! The food and drinks were great. The staff was very helpful with choosing cigars to purchase. I will recommend this cigar spot to my friends and family.

My husband and I are from cleveland ohio. We were up visiting family. We stopped in enjoying time with our family, and the service was amazing with a smile. Did not try the food, but the cigar I had was recommended by one of the workers. It turned out to be a perfect choice . Yes, we will definitely stop back by this establishment again .Everyone was helpful and friendly, even the other customers. Drinks were good bathrooms, small but clean .

I've been going to the Cigar Cellar for months and every time I have a wonderful experience! The entire staff is amazing but I would like to specifically call out a pair of employees that always make me feel special; Kayleigh and Chef Ford. Kayleigh absolutely loves to interact with us guests and Chef Ford works tirelessly to ensure my dietary issues are an utmost priority. For instance, Chef Ford recently had a dialog with me about a future special and I mentioned a shrimp cocktail would be wonderful and sure enough, there it was beautiful and delicious. This place never misses!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Wow! Food, service, drinks, stogies. It's the whole package. I'd been in before but only to grab cigars from the humidor and head home. My friends had mentioned how the food was the best against every cigar bar in the city, but we hadn't been able to make it in. That changed tonight, and we will be back.

We will go in order of arrival. The venue is beautiful. It's posh and has all the feels of a truly elegant cigar experience. We moved to a table for dining, and our server Kendall took exceptional care of us. She was ready with drink recommendations but also let us know that they have a fully stocked bar and can make whatever we'd like. My wife loves a NY sour, so when Kendall said that was possible, she was sold. She made her call for Buffalo Trace, and she was immediately impressed when a true NY sour was delivered.

Moving to food, unreal! The menu offers several options with gourmet level descriptions. I went with the ribeye and my wife opted for the spicy shrimp. Not only were the prices completely affordable, but the quality was sky high. In addition, the chef, Ford, came out to check on the quality and ensure that our dining experience was stellar. When we told him how delicious the food was, he was quick to thank us but then let us know that he didn't cook it but that he would pass along our feedback to the kitchen staff. He was humble and gracious. He came back out later and chatted again. I could tell that he really cares about serving good food to the guests. That's definitely not common across cigar bars in the city based on our experiences.

Between Kendall and Ford caring about our experience from the moment we entered to the moment we left, we enjoyed a warm and inviting ambiance partnered with an exceptional dining experience. We will be back and we suggest you check it out!

I Can’t speak on food. But the humidor is well stocked and the service for cigars is stellar. The Drinks are amazing. I highly recommend trying a smoked whiskey or old fashioned. So delicious! The atmosphere is classy and live music is on point. One of my favorite places to burn and sip. If you go in the evening please dress appropriately. Check their website for dress code. No ball caps!

I visited in passing after dinner just to hear some live music on a Friday night. I called first because I wanted to know the dress code. I was only dressed in jeans and a T-shirt. My jeans were not ripped or with holes so I was good. The decor looked like an East Coast speakeasy. The types I see up north. People were enjoying the live music, libations, food, and atmosphere. The staff were very attentive. Once I sat I had water without asking. The staff Michael, Kayleigh, Mia, and Kendall were pleasant and accommodating. I was dancing to blues music and Michael placed a hat on my head. I guess that meant I was having fun. So if you come in and get a hat placed on your head live it up. I will make sure I visit again maybe for food next time. My chardonnay was crisp and fresh. Great place to have a grown up time.

This place is absolutely amazing! You would not know it from the outside or the location but when you walk in, it's like you are transported into another world! Extremely classy, excellent atmosphere, and apparently they have live piano music on Fridays and Saturday nights. The staff was super helpful and attentive, both with smokes and with food and drink,and my buddy who got a meal said it was phenomenal. This will definitely be my spot when I want to smoke in the lounge. Absolutely top-notch.
